Was curious is it possible to remove the rear headrests? Thinking about putting Velcro Tech panels on the folded down seats (When mine arrives) but looks like this might not be possible due to the headrests. Thanks.

they all come off in my 4 door. Doubt it would be different on a 2 door

In case anyone does search this in the future, from the manual:

Ford Bronco 2-door Bronco rear headrest removal possible? rear head rest

2 door headrest does not remove*.

*easily, or without power tools, permanently.

did you read my response? They come off
I went my the manual as cowman suggested. It says they are not possible on the 2 door. I know others with Jeeps have went through this as well on 2 doors, I am just trying to figure out if it is for sure possible with the 2Dr. I think the two configs are different.

Yeah dreamy! :( At least they fold flat on the 2Dr. :) I will just have to wait for delivery to sort them, they will come off. :)

Everything is removable. Just not quick release. You will have to remove the seat cover that is just zipper and velcro.

Confusing, tho, right?

Totally. No wonder this is a 552 page manual, when more than half of it is cut and pasted from other manuals, and the pictures are often not the same item (especially for the 2 doors; the manual may be more correct for the 4 doors).

Worst owner manual ever

My father says they always use the least experienced person to write instructions

What's confusing?

Under the bold title ADJUSTING THE HEAD RESTRAINT, it says to pull the lever to fold.
Under the bold title REMOVING THE HEAD RESTRAINT, it says they are not removable on 2 door vehicles.

Page 54-55 on the small 103 page manual that came in the Bronco.

I realize this is about 9 months old and you probably figured this out already, but I thought I'd reply with a solution for other folks like me searching for an answer. If you'll slide up the headrest cover and pad, you'll see black plastic donuts on the rods. They have wire holders that act like C clips. You can push them to the open position with a tiny flatblade screwdriver without popping them all the way off and slide the headrests up just like the fronts.
