Ordered some lower control arms and a track bar from rock jock, i like that they are double adjustable.
The billet ones out there are nice, but are at a fixed length.

Had some time to install the lower control arms and the track bar.
I cut off the upper bolt on the passenger side. To avoid dropping the tank.
There isn’t any type of instructions on their website.
so make sure you install them
The johnny joints are axle or frame specific.

wider joint goes towards the frame

Build looks great! I’m stacking parts for almost the same suspension. Including the Rock Jock rear components.

I noticed your Zerk fitting is facing down. Was there a conflict pointing it up as shown in the product image.

I have no idea, there wasnt any instructions available.
i installed that way and was going to call them to see what they recommended.

If ran the facing up might hit, for sure will be harder to grease.

if ran facing down, can possibly shear off.

Thanks! Can you let us know what they recommend if you find something out.
ships already sailed on the Rock Jock, the part are in the pile. I’ll have to see how it works out as well. But I don’t like that fitting there, I’ll end up sheering it off. Could put on a ASFIR skid I guess.

I didn’t intended to get new wheels with this build, I have a set of KMC 720 Roswells I bought in 2020 before I had my Bronco and information was still limited. I got the 17x8.5 +18 5.46 Backspacing. At the time a Zero offset was available, but I thought it would be too far out on the stock HOSS 2.0. Now they’re discontinue, and highly sought after.

As I’m reading through the Camburg specs, they state a maximum of 5.00 backspacing. So I’m 1/2” too far in. Do you see where there would be a conflict with the Camburg UCA? I read through most of the other top UCA makers and they all state close to the same 5.00 Max Backspacing. Only RPG claims there’s will work with with OE and Aftermarket.

choices are wheels spacers, which is a hard pass.
get the RPG. I’d rather have the Camburg Tubular
Get a new set of Bronze Method Bead Grips 🤩
(and some 37” KO2)

I really like your build. Its well though out. Not overdone. Lifts just right.
Well done 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

About the zerk location.

i did notice that my kid chaos tie rod braces are rubbing on the bottom of the spring cup.

going to check that in the morning as well.

will probably have to go with the thread in type to make sure they clear

Heres a sneak peak of the tire carrier.

The fab work looks great. Massive load on a single pivot point with that leverage though!

Out of curiosity, is there an advantage to powder coating the beadlock rings as opposed to getting a trim ring kit?
