That is one fine $28K automobile Clark....

"You think you hate it now, just wait 'till you drive it." :)

There's something about the base 2 door that makes it just right. If I could use a 2 door I would be hard pressed not to land right there.

Disclaimer, I'm fairly inexperienced with axle swaps. But, as I understand it, the welded casing means that you may need a whole new axle to add a locker. Please do correct me if I'm wrong.
Auto lockers take the place of the spider gears and you keep the stock carrier (that the ring gear is welded to). The downside is they only turn off when off the throttle.
The ring gears are not welded to carriers, and there is no welded casing that's going to prevent you from swapping in the locker of your choice the day you drive it home. Full carrier selectables in both air and electric, full carrier automatics from Detroit, and lunchbox lockers (that replace spider gears in the stock carrier) will all be available at launch.

Full carrier replacements will require the Gears to be re-set up for backlash and preload, which is where most of the cost comes in when I stalling gears and/or lockers. Lunchbox lockers can be done with basic hand tools and don't require you to re set up your ring and pinion , just to simply re assemble as you took it appart and set torque.

The closest representation of my build I’ve seen to date! Just needs tube steps and a Wildtrak badge 😎❤

IMO I think the base looks great. Not everyone can swing 45 k plus for a new ride. Its a great start and as time and funds permit you make upgrades to your liking. I am glad just to see that they are starting production finally. One of these days we will get a call from our dealers that the moment has arrived. Have a great day Bronco Fans

I would love a set of the black steelies from the Black Diamond for my Badlands. I've gone with the optional 33 beadlocks with the carbonized grey beauty ring, which looks pretty great, but the black steelies are perfect. I will still have steelies, even if just seasonally.

Shes a beauty! Cant wait until someone posts a video of the base model at least reviewing it. The only thing I am changing once I get it is a size up (32s) for the tires, otherwise, I cannot wait!

We were close, (20 minutes away), so we went to see if we would get lucky and see anything at the factory, man did we hit the pay dirt! Me and my son were bouncing off the wall excited! We are getting a 4 door non Sasquatch black diamond in cactus grey with mic top so it was cool to see something close and a bronco in person! Decided for sure before we put one mile in it I am swapping out the rubber for the bfg’s that were on the badlands they were perfect! Not too much not too little.

Damn, if that was Carbonized Gray, that'd be my build! Happy to see a Base Non-SAS!
