I am curious what people are ordering and why. I will be at my local Ford dealers next week to place my order for the 2022 model. I am leaning towards ordering the 2 door. But cant quite make up my mind. (2 or 4 door), Either Baldlands or Outer Banks, squatch and fairly loaded. Any comments appreciated. My first post here and ENJOYING this site.

i ordered a 4 door i love the look of the 2 door but the space doesnt work for me as a daily driver, youll get a bunch of hyper opinionated responses from the 2 door purists that cant get around the idea of 4 doors but in my opinion they look just as good

2-Door Badlands.. For me, coming from a Honda Element and felt I didn't need the 4-door. Went to the NH Off-Roadeo last weekend and drove a 2-door all day. Confirmed it for me.

I have no kids and don't anticipate lugging tons of crap. But I agree with @Toecutter, you're gonna get some strong opinions...

Welcome, Glen. But frankly, what difference does it make what everyone else is doing? By the way, there are some charts on here that show the breakdown, perhaps someone can link them.

But get what you want....and don't worry about what everyone else wants.

I went 2 door when I officially ordered. I was dead set on a 4 door for the convenience and space. But the more I seen the 2 door and it just being me, my dog, and soon my future wife that's the route I went. I don't really need the extra space and love the look of the 2 door sas. I wish they would've made the driver's seat power in the 2 door, rear seaters could've just used the passengers side.

Should be a fairly easy decision. If you want to comfortably carry a decent amount of gear and up to five people then get a 4 door. If you only carry around a lunch box and maybe a dog go with a 2 door. A point of interest for myself was being able to sleep in my rig on hunting trips. Just need to go through your needs.

I ordered the 2Door since it is just me and the dog. In many ways my Bronco is simply a tool to help me live my adventures. Seems the best approach is to determine your needs and tailor the Bronco to meet your goals.

I'm coming from 20 years of pickups, so I like the extra space, and easy access to rear seats, which I'll fold down 95% of the time. You get, I think, nearly 6' of length then. Maybe it's 5'. Either way, other than mulch, I can haul everything I used to, tho' getting deer stands in there may be a challenge.

2 door. Looks significantly better in my opinion, it’ll be my daily driver and I have a kid on the way. Don’t care lol. The back seat is very spacious and I’m 6’0 245lbs

I've wanted a 2 door from the start. Just my preference. I don't haul people or pets and I don't tow. But, the 4 door is more practical for many and without the 4 door sales, I doubt that there would be a 2 door offered.

^this! My experience is that you quickly run out of space with a family or friends. If the 2-door had the same cargo area, I might get that. *I know they did it for the wheelbase and angles.

My PROs list that got me to which to 4 door from 2 door. I'm happy I made the change.

2 Door:
Vintage, looks cool
More nimble
Better break over angle
2 less doors to remove and store

4 Door:
Larger fuel tank, about 4 gallons & 70 miles more range (BIG ONE)
Can sleep in it (BIG ONE)
More space, storage
Easier access
Soft top with hard top prep (my preferred top for my area)
My 2 boys (13 & 9) wanted a 4 door for easier access
Possible sub / storage location under the back seat
Higher resale or at least more desirable
More aftermarket support
Rear windows are already tinted on the base soft top
More planted and stable
Smoother ride quality with the longer wheelbase
“Pros” seem to be choosing the 4 door
Looks better and more stable with 37s
Get 2021, 1st MY back
Better suited for spring break beach trips
