2 door rock sliders / steps options?

Whats the deal with the lack of rock slides/steps for 2 doors? Everything I find is 4 door and the few I do find for 2 door are stupid prices. I really like the D6 Dominator from Go Rhino, but nope 4 door only.

Couple of reasons. Two doors were hard to get early on so production on parts will be slower to market. More importantly why would a company jump on making parts for something nobody wants? Two door buyers cant seem to grasp that the are selling 5:1 against the four door at best. Thats not much incentive for companies to spend precious design time on. If you were a company making Bronco parts would you spend time designing items that will sell 76-80% less of? The market will catch up eventally, just takes time.
