Indicators and warning lights look like that (separate from info screens) due to DOT regs.

I'm coming from a 2015 Challenger and I love everything about the instrument cluster in it. Im just surprised they didn't integrate the things that they still have as physical lights, like the blinkers, check engine, etc. weren't integrated into the screen and the gear select lights already look super old to me and will look ancient 5 years down the road. Thankfully I'm getting a Manual so I don't have to worry about those at least.

With fossil fuels moving soon into the teens per gallon, this will feel a lot more painful.

Hello again :)
While viewing Broncos in San Diego, I messed with the cluster to see what's there, it was cool but I couldn't help to not notice the 20.1 Average MPG!
While I have no idea how the car was driven but I am guessing no one bothered to reset it.

I understand that mileage is not a concern for a lot of people, but where I live, we will hit $5 very soon, having a decent 20 mpg is nice to have specially for someone like me who does 1500+ miles per month.
Sasquatch or non-sasquatch package?
2 or 4 door?

I think the M is in a different position on my F150.

Bud. Nip it in the bud. Like a flower. It has nothing to do with butts in any way,
Yes...one of the most common mixed metaphors. Sorta like Biff's "Make like a tree and get outta here." Or his lesser known "I'm not gonna look a gift horse in the butt":)

Think those with a bit of a green thumb less likely to miss the bud.

Ford Bronco 20.1 average MPG showing on a 2.7L Bronco Outer Banks at dealer event C32BB91D-350B-4086-9686-AB7CC93C2340
That's incredible. That's $2.40 more per gallon than where I'm at in Utah and our prices are typically middle of the pack.

Guess that's one way California can perhaps drive EV ownership and eliminate ICE's. If I weren't such a cynic I'd say they'd never intentionally do that.

How does Tesla get away with it? It was my impression that on the Model 3/Y all the indicator lights were on the touchscreen.

On a stock Badlands 2.3 manual I’m hoping for 18-20 combined.

I only drive less than 10k miles a year commuting but mileage will go up when we go camping/and/or when we go off road.

For all other on-road trips we'll take our Tesla.

As far as the gauge cluster is concerned, I don't mind it. But the Speedo is dumb. I just wish it was all digital.

The good news is, that most of it is digital. And so, I would hope that it can be updated, or even possibly hacked in the future to show whatever we want on it.

Going to burst your MPG bubble. The average MPG is very easy to manipulate. I can get my Raptor to display an average over 20 mpg too.
