I would suggest getting sent to your home when possible/feasible. If it goes to the dealer the part just shows up with no information. Had this happen a couple months ago and no one knew who ordered, who it was for or how to contact the customer. Complete mess and only figured it out when the customer called her sales guy and we started looking around. Other dealers have had similar experiences based on our Ford message board posts.I’ve ordered from the accessory site a few times. Super fast and cheap shipping. Like Amazon fast. Just to add a positive experience.
