I knew about it and I'm not a Granger customer, my local dealer took care of me. I do follow their threads. I put down $500 at order, not when I was scheduled. More than a fair policy...
Not arguing it’s an unfair policy. My issue is I was told from the get go that it wasn’t their policy.

Heads up, if any of your personal info has changed since your reservation date, ask them to look it up with your old info. My address has changed and apparently the two systems don't talk to each other.
I had that same issue. I called Ford Marketing and Granger... And was told by both of them that they are unable to change my address in the system, and the other one is able to do it. Eventually, I got fed up with the lack of accountability, I got them on a 3way phone call and listened to them tell each other the other one had to do it. Smdh. Never got my address changed. Granger said to just bring in an old piece of mail to prove I lived there
