Hey Bronco peeps, just recently had a long travel kit installed on my 2021 Badlands and thought I'd share. Colorado Bronco Upfitters did the design and install, I'm very pleased with the outcome. Parts installed were:

Baja Kits +3 Front Long Travel Kit
Rock Krawler HD Steering Kit
Rock Krawler Pro-X Triangulated 4 Link Conversion Rear Suspension
Rock Jock Antirock Rear Sway Bar
AFE Axle-Back Exhaust System (Needed to make space for the rear sway bar)
37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires
2" rear wheel spacers
Front and Rear 2.5 King Coil Overs tuned by Accutune.

I haven't had this beast off road yet so can't comment on that just yet but as you can imagine with the articulation shown I am confident it will not suck. Road manners are slightly degraded from stock, the rig feels a bit more like a truck at the steering wheel but not bad. I did take a high speed turn over a washboard and the tendency for rear steer was clearly diminished. My initial install of the Axle-Back exhaust had two AFE mufflers and I found the tone to be great but it was way too loud for my liking, my pre-teen daughters were calling me a "look-at-me", super embarrassing. Installed a third muffler and it was perfect - throaty but not obnoxiously attention seeking.

I've got to give props to the crew at Colorado Bronco Upfitters, they were incredibly professional, honest and solid advocates through the whole process. Highly recommend!

You’ll want to test your clearance with the driveshaft and fuel tank and fuel tank skid. The best way to tucking both drivers side front and passenger rear at the same time. Have the Rock Krawler 4 link on mine for about 8 months now and the driveshaft still hits under those conditions. Even with the Adams driveshaft. I tried the Rea RJ sway bar as well with no luck. It didn’t at first, but i noticed it after a few Off road trips.

Oh, if you have your panhard mount for the frame and want to sell it, let me know. I see they cut it off of yours too.

Love it. What is this "Rock Krawler HD Steering Kit"? I don't see it on their website.
I don't recall RK having any steering components for the 6G. I'm curious as well.

I posted my opinion on the rk 4 link on your mile high bronco post…but I’ll back up what bird dog off road said and say keep a close eye on it…there is a ton of lateral movement in that set up and I’ll eventually be moving on from it.

Very nice, congrats!

Be mindful of your rear sway bar links when fully articulated when wheeling and not using a forklift. As others have said, there will be lateral movement from the RK four link and while it’s an awesome system with tons of flex, the Rock Jock rear swaybar in their bronco configuration does not like it. We basically cut apart every mounting bracket and completely reconfigured the setup to get it to work properly.

Looking at his images, his turnbuckles appear much longer. I wonder if RJ started offering longer ones based on user issues like yours.

Nice catch! I wonder how long those are. The originals were 3.5ā€ and the new ones we put in are 6.5ā€, but the biggest improvement was moving the axle mounts and welding them to the housing.

Hope all the money you spent is worth the results. I went down all the rabbit holes spending and customizing Jeeps. Traded em all in for a Bronco because I wanted better road manners, easier and cheaper repairs, warranty, and resale value. Interested to hear how well she performs off road.

That's interesting. The RK 4 link removed the track bar cuz its not needed, but still has some lateral movement?
