I have a Carfax that I can share, which places the value right at my ask. The Carfax does denote minor damage, which they classify as " Minor damage is usually cosmetic, including dents or scratches to the vehicle body". Unfortunately this is from checking with an insurance adjuster about gettings scratches on the beauty rings repaired. Anyway, it has normal wear and tear for a vehicle with 30k miles that has lived in the Colorado mountain, has never been in an accident of any kind.

Trying a price drop to $37,999 to see if I can get it sold in next 10 days. Also Carfax was able to remove the minor damage notation since scratches on the wheels are consistent with normal wear for a vehilce with 32,000 miles.
