Big Bend, Auto 2.7L, Mid Pkg, Rack, grey top, LED Lights... Will add leather, and sound deadening with heat barrier aftermarket, and eventually, the white top when available. Probably new wheels and tires when the factory ones wear out.

If I'm not mistaken, and I definitely could be, I don't think that error is specific to Badlands. I have it included in the All Trims section.

Edit: Looks like Sasquatch is the issue for All Trims. 2.7L for Badlands. I'll edit the other post.

Regarding the Sound Deadening, it looks like you can add it to Big Bend builds with the 2.7L so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work with Badlands. Although, in the B&P Ref Guide PDF, it does state that Sound Deadening is not an option in the BL w/2.7L.

The only thing I could think of is if it has something to do with the front SDB but then I checked the FE I found Sound Deadening is included... To make things even more confusing, if you want Sound Deadening on a WT, then you have to upgrade the bash plates... None of this makes any sense

Ok. I think I've actually done the compiling of all known glitches in the B&P.

The auto transmission is also “free” on the Base (and likely other trims) when you add SAS. Auto transmission is free everywhere it’s a required component of some other option that is being selected.

I agree with you, no way is that intentional.

I really don't want to be like everyone else here, but the wait doesn't seem to have been worth it. Being an engineer myself some of these mistakes are pretty glaring to a developer. Being that said I really can't imagine that MY2021 won't have issues. B&P hopefully is not right as nothing I want can be paired together and closest is hovering around $56k. Brain is definitely telling me to look away. Maybe place a reso for the $80 Hummer EV instead ???

No front sway bar disconnect, but I think you will get everything else and 35s.

SO - do i NEED swaybar disconnect? It'll be my DD, BUT I do plan on offroading it on moderate/difficult trails every month or so. The outerbanks (with squatch) I"m pricing out is MORE than the badlands i'm pricing out lol

I just built my BL with the 2.7 - I have roof rails and cross bar, sound deadening, added brush guard but took it off. So maybe they fixed it already?

I'm going to cross post what I have in the compiled issues with B&P thread in hopes that it saves everyone some heartburn in knowing that a lot of these weird issues are already known.


Ok. I think I've actually done the compiling of all known glitches in the B&P. If I'm missing something that's actually a glitch and not just late availability or a gripe of yours, let me know.

Roof Rails with Crossbar not allowed with Sasquatch

Sound Deadening Headliner not allowed with Sasquatch

Paint Protection Film not allowed on 2.7L

Brush Guard not allowed on 2.7L

Wireless Charging Pad listed as an option in both the High and Lux packages

Did they get rid of the saddle brown/ black interior? I can't seem to find that option in the B&P. I've tried several different trims and exterior color options. I'm super bummed. I was loving that interior. It was going to go so well with the Cyber Orange exterior.

What a poor execution on the website and problems everywhere! I was on the Bronco build and went to 360 view and a nice interior view came up for the Bronco Sport instead of the Badlands. I sure hope they do a better job building the vehicle.

Why can't you have the solid top with 4dr Badlands? I was able to add that to my build (non-sound deadening). Also, if you spec the High or Lux packages it includes "additional sound deadening". Not sure if that includes the roof or not.

You are right. Adding the sound deadening works until I add the 2.7 engine. Then no sound deadening, but still have the hard roof. I am also adding the LUX package too.

Its actually better than I expected but still has problems.

Whomever Ford contracted out to build this thing should be fired - it's 2020, you can't claim 'too much traffic" anymore, cloud scaling has been a reality for a long time.
