Or a customer base that doesn't overreact. He answered the question correctly. Someone asked the wrong question about a "configurator" when what they actually meant was "price and build"

Oops sorry about that...

maybe the same misunderstanding holds for the V8 as well :)
Not gonna lie, I’ve got a Nissan Armada as my rental car right now and the only redeeming quality other than it’s got a smooth ride and quite, is it has a nice V8 under the hood.

First vehicle with a V8 I’ve driven extensively. It’s definitely cool, not a dealbreaker to not have it for me but I would love to see it as an option one day. I still very highly doubt it but maybe the stars will align.

I think they originally had it planned for August, but then it took them two weeks to put the bumper in the correct place on the render... 😬😂. So progress!!!

For those of you that remember/didn’t know in the (hacked/leaked configurator/whatever we’re calling it now...) the bumper went right through the rear wheel

I don't remember any time in my life where I've been able to be involved/informed about a vehicle that is "soon" to be built.

Like ... ever!

That being said, and it being a new experience (for me), I'm just going to enjoy every part of it ... even the frustrating parts. When it's all done and said, I have one in my garage, I'm going to sit back (with a beer) and say ....

I was part of - THAT!

I agree that some questions were poorly worded, or had multiple parts. Ford played that to their advantage.

Hopefully everyone will calm down now with the updated tweet. I don't understand people getting upset at Ford when the August date was from some random post on an internet forum.

Until it comes directly from Ford, I wouldn't believe anything you read. The same people complaining now will also be the first to say Ford rushed the Bronco if something does go wrong.

If this is one of your biggest concerns right now, consider yourself lucky. There are a a lot of people whose lives are changing right now for the worse.

Relax.

BLUE INTERIOR OF DEATH!!!

RAAAHH RAHHHH LOUD NOISES.

But honestly, this is great new if it pans out to be true (I believe no one at this point). Can't wait to compare builds.

His bad? We've got a 38 page thread ripping Ford a new one LOL. Ford might want to look for a new North America Product Communications Manager. WTH?
I linked the thread to his Twitter so maybe he read it and paniced a bit? Idk, just glad we can build by at least Sept.
