Yup, never adding a handle strap to that roll bar

Isn't this the guy that "sent" his Bronco deep into a mud puddle, and lost his 4WD ability?I just found these aftermarket crash bars. My Black Diamond SAS came from factory without crash bars so I have no concern about insurance of otherwise getting into trouble. If these are federally mandated, surely Ford would not be removing them..... maybe???

If they add a bit of crash safety, they may be a good purchase.
Check video about 5:30
The IIHS just finished its crash testing on the Bronco, it achieve a good rating in 5/6 test. Although it missed out on the Top Safety Pick designation like the Wrangler.
Video depicting the difference in an F150 with and without crash bars (and the competition as well)This will be frustrating because like me Iām sure everyone will get bigger wheels/tires and those crash bars are right in the way. Iām planning to remove mine, so you guys think itās worth it?
Should have gotten a two door.I heard the Bronco lost points because of a lack of cupholders in the rear.....spilled coffee, juice, beer and soda in a crash.
Turn on the fog lamps, problem solved.hmm. Idk... when I look at this graphic: (taken from the report)
it would appear the bronco is short of optimal in all directions.
unless I'm reading it wrong.
looks like they were not properly adjusted at PDI. the first thing we did on our last two new vehicles was adjust the headlights as the guidance on the daniel stern lighting website.
The Broncos ratings.
Are you going bigger than 33.5"x11.5" with a 17x9 with a +30 offset? It's an inch less ground clearance than the Sasquatch package, but I didn't have to pull the crash bars. This will be frustrating because like me Iām sure everyone will get bigger wheels/tires and those crash bars are right in the way. Iām planning to remove mine, so you guys think itās worth it?
My Ferrari doesn't have even a single cupholder, stop complaining.... LOL.Funny, but it actually does matter. When I drive my wife's RAV, I have to look down to find the coffee.
Porsches didn't either! My Ferrari doesn't have even a single cupholder, stop complaining.... LOL.
I look at death rates by brand, itās a good indicator of how safe a vehicle is.The jeep is probably one of the least safest vehicles tested, Iāve never understood how it didnāt earn a poor overall rating. The 4 door jeep rolled on the same test, itās the only vehicle Iām aware of to have done that. Jeep said it was tested improperly so they re-tested and same thing happened.
