Bronco Dealers: No-ADM, X-Plans & Special Discounts Master List

I would put Corwin Ford in Reno NV down as Not Recommended as they converted my reservation to an order without my knowledge or consent and have been difficult/unpleasant to deal with in other ways.

TBH I would also put Capital Ford down in Carson City NV as Not Recommended also as they have a long history of charging ADM and they also called me in December or January and asked me if I wanted to buy one of the very first regular Mach e's (I have a reservation for a GT) which I assume they were selling out from under someone else.

Its knuckleheads like that that make car-buying an unpleasant experience! That's why I went with Granger after my local dealership (Gerald Ford of North Aurora) started their shenanigans! With Granger, you know what the price is and it's worth the 4-plus hour drive there!

I am NOT surprised my dealer isn’t one of the ones not adding ADM. However, if I had a reservation and converted it to the order by doing my “build” which had a price at the bottom, doesn't that have to be honored?

My dealer was disorganized with leadership out of town the week of March 19 so they had me do the build on the Ford site and take screenshots to send them, for them to use to input my order. Ford confirmed the order.

I just spoke with Beck Ford in Palatka, Fl. They said that they are charging an $899 Dealer Fee.

Franklin Ford in Massachusetts said they are not honoring X plan, only D A and Z plans. Chatham Ford is their sister store, they are also not currently honoring X plan. They did tell me there is no ADM. I placed my order with them anyway as I want to support my local economy and the difference of invoice to MSRP is $1293. They did say that if Ford allows X plan at delivery they will honor it.

This is what I've seen for all MA dealers and I called around a bit. I was told doc fees between mid-200s and 400. Acton Ford was great to deal with.

I returned from my select dealer this week(Smithtown Ford, NY) after seeing an email from Ford that my dealer would be contacting me about my placing my order (which they didn't -I contacted them). They will not ACCEPT my order even though I have a reservation from July 14, 2020 without adding $5000 to the internet cost. And according to them, the $5000 doesn't guarantee that I get it this year, nor possibly the next year! I will be contacting Ford on Monday to have my reservation changed to another dealer that doesn't have such a ridiculous mark-up. Have others experienced the same mark-ups? I could understand a few hundred dollars, but I'm not in Hollywood or Los Angeles.

My local Ford dealership said just charging msrp for Bronco.
But nothing is in writing.
Am I supposed to be worried about mark ups or is it just paranoia?

I reserved a 4 door Outer Banks at Sanderson Ford in AZ. I had already chatted with my salesman earlier in the day to confirm no ADM and X plan available.

I've not had much contact with Sanderson..you wouldn't happen to know how many 21s they are allocated by chance...I found out today I'm 35 in line and 400 on my 2nd???

That’s nuts but not surprising! This market is crazy. Lots of new cars (MDXs, cayennes, Yukon’s, Range Rovers.. etc....) selling for sticker. I just sold my 20 Rubicon to the local Jeep dealer for $6k more than I paid for it 14 months ago. I hated to loose the sales tax benefit but anything he had in his family of dealerships; all the cool stuff is MSRP. No negotiating. Doesn’t surprise me that your bronco is MSRP +. Glad I locked my middle TN dealer to invoice price last year.

Send to a sales manager an email to confirm that they will be charging you MSRP.......get that confirmation from someone in management, not a salesman. That should take care of confirming your MSRP pricing of which nobody can deny having made that promise to you. I learned from experience, that if it's not backed up in writing, the commitment can change.
