With Koons it is generally accepted that all their dealerships are charging ADM on all brands. I have yet to find one that isn’t.

Jim O'Neal Ford in Sellersburg, IN. The price we agreed on last November is the price we paid when we got it a couple weeks ago, $500 deposit, no adm, asked once if we were interested in extended warranty, gap, ect. Our salesman was Rory Marker, new car manager was Todd Beyl. After reading all the horror stories, I'm glad we had such a great experience.

Heard Koons KIA got a million dollar plus fine from the state for screwing customers with bogus charges = avoid.

They did and they have to pay the fine and pay the customers back. I do not understand why Ford continues to allow ADM dealers to exist. They could pull their dealerships under the customer experience clause. Instead they allowed Koons to buy another Ford dealership in the last 6 months.
Odd business decision.

I was quoted $5k on orders when I call in Feb. I guess they changed the policy since then. Still wouldn't buy from them. Zero trust in them keeping their word.
I cannot speak of any other Koons Ford dealership. But here in baltimore, if you ask for the number one bronco salesman they will put you in touch with me and as always on any vehicle ordered here, msrp is the most you will pay. The key is my store not any other store since we are all independently operated.

I can't say enough about their customer service! As a follow-up, my salesman texted me a week after I took delivery to ask how I was enjoying my Bronco.

Mall of Georgia Ford - no adm, honored the reservation price, no drama and no high pressure upsell for warranty or prepaid maintenance. The sales person also didn't know about FDAD/Customer Satisfaction funds - but the Customer Experience manager was accessible, looked into it and confirmed that I'm eligible.
