Broncos are not political nor is the process.

That is why our sales staff are not handling the customers.

Sometime salespeople should use the 2 ear 1 mouth ratio.

Listen twice as much as you talk..

Ours will stay.

Cannot speak for other dealerships.
Two Denver dealerships:

O’Meara Ford in Thornton - “We haven’t decided on adm yet. We’re going to see what the market looks like.” So you can be assured they will be tacking on ADM. they have a GT500 with ADM=$50,000, and several GT350s with ADM=$30,000. Run don’t walk.

Mike Naughton Ford in Aurora - spoke to John. He was very helpful. Stated they would do MSRP for any reservations, + doc fee of $599. Also said they would honor any plan pricing if it applies. I would definitely consider them, but there’s one thing that bothers me. In our conversation about ADM, I mentioned there are dealerships offering $2k off MSRP or $1k off invoice to anyone. He told me there’s a lot of politics involved and the dealer may not be able to get all of those. I asked how since people reserve them with a dealership and all he said was it’s politics. A PM with one of our active dealers on the forum confirmed that’s not the case and Broncos will go where the reservatmade.

I didn’t even ask about dealer add-ons.
I talked to Mike naughton he tried to get me to switch my reservation to him. I told him I might go with someone who doing 1000 under invoice. He said "good luck with that"??

Sounds like my experience with Sound Ford, so far. That's why I'm switching my reservation to Mullinax Ford in Olympia. I'd rather drive an hour and have a dealership that communicates.
I'm likely going to go drive 1.5 hours to Chehalis and Awesome Ford for the 8.2% sales tax.

As of my last email, Vista Ford in Woodland Hills won't commit to no ADM or X pricing. Trying to get them to commit as they are 5 minutes from my office, but if not, can someone save me from 77 pages of searchng and let me know who in the San Fernando Valley/So Cal area is committed to no ADM and X pricing. Related to that, maybe this thread should be broken down by area if possible. It's a great resource!

Have you referred to the official list in the first post? https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...m-x-plans-special-discounts-master-list.2010/

There are nearly 70 California dealers listed now.

I spoke with the owner of Tri-County Ford Inc located at 1348 Four Locust highway in Keysville, Va yesterday.
He said "No, we are not going to mark up our Broncos."
He also said "Ford has already said that A, X, Z and D purchase plans will be offered if the dealer will participate. We will participate."
This is a great dealership with fantastic customer service.

Update Dwayne Layne's Skagit Ford said just now:
"...we haven't seen any complete MSRP's yet. When we are able to practice build through the system we can get real close, it should be soon. Michael and I will watch for that to happen and let you know. Our doc fee is $150.00. Thank you for your time, Marv....."

Get close to what? MSRP? If they are charging over, then no thanks. Will have to wait & see.

I tried too with Epic, no response so good to know....Also I double checked with Dwayne Laynes Skagit Ford in Washington, got a reply from a "used car manager" that they "only have info on the Bronco Sport" & would not say anything more, so whom ever has the info on this dealer for no ADM & yes Xplan, I would be interested in just what they said. Will try get some firm answers out of Bickfords in Snohomish.
I wouldn't recommend EPIC Ford as I've heard some bad reviews from friends who dealt with them. I sent them two email responses to their original automated reply when I place the reservation, but I never heard back from them. When the dealership was Brien Ford it was a great local dealership, but when they sold to Swickard Auto Group (EPIC Ford)it became like Sound Ford with pushy sales people.

I got an email response from Dwayne Lane's Skagit Ford ( Michael Credle / Sales Manager) that they will do MSRP on reservation orders. They didn't comment on other discounts, but their doc fee is $150 and sales tax is lower in Burlington (probably save another $700 or so in tax). I haven't dealt with them yet prior to this since they are fairly new (replacing the Skagit Ford / Subaru ownership).

There are couple of dealers on the list that sell $2K below MSRP or $1K below invoice, but I'm waiting to see the best deal in the coming weeks and will change dealerships by October to get the best deal (even if it ends up with an out of state dealer).

In the end it doesn't really matter where you buy, so why not get the best deal you can get. Dealers don't give you any special treatments if you've bought from them before. Some might offer a gimmicky lifetime warranty, a coupon or a free oil change, but that's about it. :)

Going to ditch Epic for sure as well....
also heard from "Marv" Dwayne Layne Skagit today ---

"...we haven't seen any complete MSRP's yet. When we are able to practice build through the system we can get real close, it should be soon. Michael and I will watch for that to happen and let you know. Our doc fee is $150.00..."

So this is a possibility. Would like clarification on what "real close" means - close to msrp? Anything over & I'm not considering them. Also has not responded to no ADM.

Well, it's kind of unclear from Marv's email, but as I said Michael confirmed they will do MSRP in his email.

I have a question for you about sales tax. I bought my Lexus in Reno and when I registered it in Denver, I had to pay the sales tax based on my address, not the dealership's address. So if I paid some sales tax in Reno, I would've had to pay the difference when I registered in Denver. Does it not work like this everywhere?

So my feeling about dealer extra's dont make sense, like etching, tint, etc. You will be ordering your Bronco how you want it, now if the dealer says hey we can tint your glass for you then you have the right to say no. This was like my experience ordering my Chevy Beretta GT from Korea while I was in the Army, and I expect the same experience when I order my Bronco Outer Banks the way I want it, with nothing extra. A dealership just cant take my order and put things on it you didnt order, right?

That is how Texas works too. If you buy it at 5% sales tax and your state is 6%, you will pay the 1% difference.
