Their thought process is incorrect. You own the order reservation and should you decide to cancel and get your $100 refunded, that reservation goes away and the dealer will never see the vehicle, thus lost sale opportunity

Yes, you would go to your city tax office to pay for the taxes before tagging the vehicle at your local tax office. We can figure the tax amount into your finance and cut you a check back to cover cost if you don't want to pay for the tax.
