Why are Jeep homers even here? Serious question.

An option may be to buy one from the dealer. I'm sure some will be available and you may get lucky and get one close to the one you ordered.

...I would say a very not insignificant portion of this forum owns a Jeep.
Understandable, but why stay and bash the Bronco? Just....move along.

Yes, based on our current reservation tracker stats (collected from almost 2,000 reservations holders so far), over 30% are current or previous Jeep Wrangler owners.

Ford Bronco 2021 Bronco delivery now "targeted to begin June 2021" and possibly into 2022 2021 Ford Bronco vs Jeep Wrangler Stats

If it is coming out later than anticipated does that mean velocity blue will come at launch or stil be later
It‘s a very hard to find color in the Ford Warehouse.

Totally agree that bashing isn’t needed. Voicing complaints/displeasure at certain aspects of the vehicle and the launch? Totally fine. That’s part of what a forum is for.

This might have been asked, I haven't reviewed all 20 pages of comments yet.

How does a trade in work in this case? Say we negotiate and finalize the order in December, do we talk trade in then or is that at the time of delivery? I will probably sell out right since time is on our side but sometimes I will eat the difference and trade in a vehicle out of simplicity. How does that work? A lot can change during that possible 12 month delivery window.

So you think that there will be available in-stock Bronco's on lots before the sold reservations?

Guys just take solace in the fact the a spotlight is on Ford and a big delay would be a huge fumble for them also means that they would only have a very small percentage of their promised money from dealers and the public at large. Believe me they want the money and the want the WIN that comes with actually delivering on this.

Correct, you discuss trade in and financing at the time of delivery.
That make sense, it seems risky for the Dealership should someone's credit score change between ordering and delivery or is their trade in seriously drops in value. A small deposit charged at the time of order makes perfect sense.

For all the people saying, I dont mind if its delivered i 2022 (that's 6-8 months AFTER we thought we'd get it), why would you not just wait then. No one is forcing you to get it the day it comes out. If it comes out in April of 2021, and you wait until 2022 on your own, you'd still be better off...
I wanted to make a similar argument, but in the end....does it really matter???
I don't think depreciation is going to be a big concern and a LOT of folks want that first model year for the uniqueness.
Practically nobody is looking at what the trade in value of it will be a few years down the road, when in fact, being the first model year may be a desirable trait.
I've also noticed that values in the used car market are far more dependent on mileage than age.
