Strange considering everything we know so far. Maybe they're referencing the Sport (dear lord I hope not) or they're referencing some kind of program where they take some Broncos around to different dealers for people to check out.
They should have the tool testing models built by then. I think those are the one's they send to dealers to show off.

With this much demand they need to be running 24-7 shifts once they get going. Bean counters/stock holders/mgmt etc won't want to lose buyers because they cannot make enough to keep up with demand.

The thing that worries me is Covid-19. Mark my words its going to spread like Wildfire in the winter and I wouldn't be surprised if Ford is forced to close plants. Good luck getting the Bronco in 2021 if that happens. It will be deep into 2022 before even the first ones arrive.

I dont think that is true in Michigan, in winter people go out less due to the cold and snow.

Its spread inside buildings. Like when the kids go back to School. Winter will be the worst for Covid-19 just like the winter is Flu season. Its going to get bad. If Ford was smart they would start production NOW!!!!

they should set the factory up like the NBA bubble. This is my new car we are talking about here, all necessary preparations should be on the table! ?

It...uh....means it goes on sale next spring? That's when they start showing up. Not sure what's confusing about that?

They'll start taking orders in December for reservation holders. Once they put those orders in the system, they'll continue until reservations run out and then start taking orders from dealers/everyone else (via dealers). To your point about waiting until spring to order - I doubt the actual ordering process will take 6 months, but your order wouldn't get built until the reservations are mostly filled (obviously they won't shut down the line and wait months if someone with a reservation doesn't submit an order for months).
