Dana M210 front and M220 rear standard on Badlands, Wildtrak and First Edition. It’s on Sas, because it’s on WT.

edit: The thought is that Wildtrak comes with sasquatch and Badlands is the same setup minus a small lift and 35" tires, that the M210 front axels are part of the sasquatch package because it's standard on both of those trims.

I never said I thought the Dana 190 front could handle the Sasquatch 35s. If I was going to purchase the Sasquatch package (I'm not), I would also upgrade to the Dana 210 front axel. One more way Ford can charge more.

Oh, I wasn’t accusing you of saying it. I was Just thinking out loud as to the purpose of the 210, if not for bigger tires.
My friend broke the front axel on a Defender 90 during a training class. He had the diff lockers on and gunned it trying to get out of a steep, dry riverbed. The front end went up in the air, engine blazing, and when the tires came down and got traction, the axel snapped. Larger tires will put more stress on the axels. It all depends on how you'll drive the car and how hard you'll push it. I personally wouldn't do Sasquatch without the 210 upgrade, but that's me. That said, if you're doing hard core off-roading in any tire, the beefier axel will be nice to have. That's why 210s front and back are standard on the Badlands with 33s. It's setup to be used hard.

This last statement is utterly incomprehensible. 210s are part of Badlands and Wildtrak because those vehicles are designed to be extreme rock crawlers and desert runners, both putting a lot of stress on the axels.

I thought the question was whether or not the 210 is included with Sasquatch? My argument is that the Wildtrak has 210s because it's part of the Sasquatch package and not unique to the trim.

I think the current theory is Sas includes lockers so it has to include the 210 as well. I cannot confirm that though, above my head.

It would appear you can only get the 210 front axle as part of the Sasquatch Package on the Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond and Outer Banks.

So can some engineer type tell us with the Sasquatch package, with 4.7 rear diff, what the engine RPM will be at 70 MPH with the 10 speed overdrive tranny in 10th gear?
I believe in another thread someone came up with 2019 rpm.

So that I’m clear too. The 4.70 rear end comes as a part of the Sasquatch package which also includes the 2.7 and 10sp automatic. It would surprise me if you couldn’t get the 4.70 diff as an add on to any package but who knows .
I personally would t get a Bronco at all without the 4.70 if I was going to put anything larger than 33” on it.
Amen.

From the data dump we learned the range of tire/wheel combos for the Bronco.

Base:
P255/70R16 Bridgestone Dueler H/T 685 (All-Season A/S Tires)

Big Bend:
P255/75R17 Bridgestone Dueler A/T RH-S (All-Terrain A/T Tires)

Outer Banks:
P255/70R18 Bridgestone Dueler A/T RH-S (All-Terrain A/T Tires)

Black Diamond:
LT265/70R17 General Grabber A/Tx (All-Terrain A/T Tires)

Badlands:
LT285/70R17 BF Goodrich All-Terrain TA KO2 (All-Terrain A/T Tires)
LT285/70R17 Goodyear Territory (Mud-Terrain M/T Tires)

Wildtrack, First Edition, Sasquatch:
LT315/70R17 Goodyear Territory (Mud-Terrain M/T Tires)

The base combo is a P255/70R16. Here's how it stacks up to the other Bronco offerings.
*Remember #1 is always the base 255/70R16 tire.

I have a wheel question. Can you fit car hotrod wheels on the bronco and put 35s on? will there be a problem fitting or a problem with tires slipping off the bead?

Caliper clearance on a 15" wheel will be the issue. The assumption is probably that you will need at least a 16" wheel.

A 15" like you have here likely won't clear the caliper. You'll also have trouble finding a wheel like this in 6 bolt and the proper bore and offset.

I will probably run a BFG A/T pizza cutter on mine after the stock tires wear out. I run 235/85's on whatever vehicles I can, not sure how they will look on the bronco.
