Dealers had all their reservation holders asking if they would honor X-Plan and saw that basically every person out there was finding a way to be eligible...so turned around and pressured Ford to not offer it. Ford buckled again. Why wouldn’t it be offered?
They're doing it - snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.Definitely considering a refund on my reservation.
The lack of X-plan pricing is just the latest in a string of frustration. other items include:
- lack of build & price
- lack of white tops
- showing us endless images of pre-production vehicles that contain colors and features that are likely not available
This has not been a pleasurable experience whatsoever.
Per this document (effective October 5, 2020 as noted on the document) posted to the dealer system today, the 2021 Bronco is ineligible for X-Plan and X-Plan Partner discount pricing. It is eligible for AZD Plan discounts, however.
We pulled an earlier thread on this in order to confirm this document with more certainty.
DO NOT CANCEL! Frustration yes but you have made it this far do not panic. Until you see B&P and things are somewhat set in stone, WAIT! You can cancel reservation anytime before you order and most likely up until purchase. I want a white top too... I/We cannot purchase any Bronco until they are available and not having B&P really doesn't change anything . Cancelling and then finally seeing B&P knowing what could have been could be tougher than frustration.Definitely considering a refund on my reservation.

Go fu$kin figure dealers cried and Ford caved...Dealers had all their reservation holders asking if they would honor X-Plan and saw that basically every person out there was finding a way to be eligible...so turned around and pressured Ford to not offer it. Ford buckled again.
So...will that be mid October or late October? Or by November, as in mid December? Or just..."after"...I just spoke with Ford's Marketing area and someone in the "plan" section. They both said they have not yet been given directive as to whether or not X-plan will be available on the Bronco. Said they should know after B&P release.
