Definitely all metric. I'm pretty sure every vehicle made nowadays is metric.

Metric. Automotive went full metric years ago

Metric, 100%.
Most of the trim is going to be 5.5, 7, 8, or 10mm. Nut drivers are quite handy.

Yup, my 1982 Escort was all metric. My '72 Pinto was a mix. Engine/transmission was metric, body was SAE. '87 Ranger was all metric.
