That seat is lowered all the way down. Look at the height of the headrest compared to the passenger seat.

You guys crack me up ? way overthinking I’m 5’ 10” we just double checked lol and I still consider myself short ? this was taken with an iPhone 8 turned sideways from around 10 feet away because I told the guy to make sure you get the whole thing hope this helps
