So what are you using for a tow bar adapter. The only one I can find to fit my towbar is the Warrior Products, which has mixed reviews and uses bolts instead of pins to secure which sounds like a pain. That is what I did I ordered this complete kit and be sure you order the shackle relocation brackets. They are sold separately. I am using the shackle system to toad my Bronco.
This thing is very heavy duty the pics do not do it justice!! Mine came in today
Seems to me most folks are more concerned with how it works with sensors and such. Unless you want to pay $3k for a bumper.looks over function will not get you out of a jam.

Yeah I can do with out the camera and the acc sensor. In all of my years I've never needed these items anyway. Just offer a camera delete and acc delete with the lux package.Seems to me most folks are more concerned with how it works with sensors and such. Unless you want to pay $3k for a bumper.
Hopefully some vendor will figure out a way to do something like this that will take the trans cooler into consideration.
I think the biggest question is are they going to offer a heat exchanger relocation kit or instructions. It doesn't say that it is incompatible with the 2.7 engine and that is an issue! This thread certainly blew up, Will try to address as many questions as I see, for now the most asked is the operation of the clutch, I have reached out to my contact at RC to see if we can get more than a "you can".
I forget where, but RC answered this question elsewhere and said you reach up under the bumper to release the clutch. This thread certainly blew up, Will try to address as many questions as I see, for now the most asked is the operation of the clutch, I have reached out to my contact at RC to see if we can get more than a "you can".
The bumpers look like they have a crap ton of white heads on it. That shit needs some proactivSpotted this today in GA while getting my tint done.
Can you find out if they are going to have stuff compatible with anything other than a 2.3 base? Hopefully something compatible with the modular front bumperThis thread certainly blew up, Will try to address as many questions as I see, for now the most asked is the operation of the clutch, I have reached out to my contact at RC to see if we can get more than a "you can".
Which Badlands winch did you get ?? Model?? Thanks....I bought a Badlands winch for my FJ40 this season to replace a failing winch before a trip. The positive reviews and the price were to good not to give it a try. I gotta say so far I love it. The wireless remote, that can be hardwired "if" there was a problem, it comes with all the stuff to remote mount the control box if you want. Perks you'd have to pay extra with other units. And in use, (and it got a great break-in) it worked fantastic! Line speed is great, good pulling power. If I had a gripe it was only having 80ft of line when I was used to more. (but it did come with 3/8" synthetic line).
Yes, but it can also be a matter of camera perspective.I think that most winch mount options for the Bronco will affect approach angle depending on high the obstacle is.
The Apex 12,000Which Badlands winch did you get ?? Model?? Thanks....
Considering the price point, the others don't make much sense on a full size vehicle. Perhaps on something smaller, but for a Jeep or a Bronco, on sale at $529 12000# synthetic. The Apex 12,000
What bumper is on that Area 51 bronco?Yes, but it can also be a matter of camera perspective.
