Yep. It's one reason I never bought a Wrangler....no room behind the rear seat.
Removed the rear seat as soon as I got mine home. Voila! More space for camping gear. Hopefully this 2 door will have same ability. Once I see both topless I can make a more informed decision.

everyone was so caught up in the SFA vs IFS debate and ford just blindsided us with a IRS option.

Check out the taillight thread, that 2 door most certainly had the widest fender flares on it, hopefully hinting at the Raptor version with the 2 door.
With the steel wheels and the lack of bypass shocks...ya saw it

That 2 door photo is taken from an odd lower down angle, and also the wider angle lens, gives a distorted impression of front vs back sizing (not to mention it's possibly a clay mock-up version):

But if we look at the camo 2 door version taken more from the side, and not with a wide angle distorting lens, we can see the front and rear sections are more similar in length (with the rear perhaps a tad longer). Two red lines are same length for reference:

We haven't had more than a few short wheelbase 2 door SUVs in the states in a long, long time so it makes sense that it looks strange to people.
Agree. Need to see it in person. Sales will be similar to the 2dr Wrangler in relation to the 4dr versions.

Ford saw our desperation. The last thread went 50+ pages without any real information and ramblings about pizza, beer, pie, coffee, and beans. 'Merica!

They had a meeting and said they had to give us something more than bumper pics and camo leaks. We are, after all, their real customer base.
Told you it would work

Good post. Hope you’re right.

Kind of off topic, but I think the 2 door in this colour would look a lot better with a black roof, or in some colours, a white. Not digging the colour matched.

My vote, a well thought out, well orchestrated marketing plan, I mean "leak".
For an old clay model two door and at a not flattering angle at that? Personally I find it hard to believe that Ford would release unflattering grainy low quality photos of anything let alone the Bronco.

I'm shocked at how much Classic Bronco I see from the rear of the front door forward.
I agree. I covered up the rear of the new 2-door and I think they nailed it. Not super excited about how it looks behind the door. As you can tell it has no suspension links under it so hopefully they add about 10".

The camo could be making it look longer than it really is. They were clearly trying to hide the back and bumper
