2021 Sasquatch Bilstein shock leaking and Now (6/28/2022) a broken CV joint at the transfer case

Update: I took Bronco over to the dealership today(6/28/2022) and I told them about some humming at higher speeds. They said I have a broken CV joint at the transfer case. They are now ordering me a new shock and new CV joint. I had my rear output shaft seal at the transfer case replaced prior to this. Interesting to say the least


Well 13K miles in and my front passenger shock is leaking all over my axle. It puddled up in my front lower arm skid plate as well. Looks like it's coming from the top of the shock. Should be covered under warranty. Wanted to keep everyone aware of these things failing.

A little bit of seepage on to the shock is normal, but if it is making a puddle that is a fail for sure. Should be an easy warranty repair.

Sent my 23 Bronco with 5000k miles in to the dealer today to check a front coil shock leak. The dealer service center said it was normal leakage. It’s leaking enough to get oil on the frame rail.. Not sure I agree.
