if I was to bet....I would guess that a heritage, limited edition trim for MY '22 will be more desirable and collectable than a FE MY'21.

Forget the future value.

I'll take delivery of my FE and flip it the next month for 10k profit to some YouTube zillionaire.
Let me know if has a brother, he can have mine for $10k over. ?

There were only 300 1953 Corvettes made and they aren't worth nearly as much as many of the later models with more horsepower and better looks.

First doesn't guarantee anything.

I called dibs on the guy who just totaled his $93k T-Rex jumping over a creek on day of delivery ?

That truly is the better bet.

First year Dodge Challenger. That's not a good return.

Current Values

  • #1 Concours $36,000
  • #2 Excellent $27,500
  • #3 Good $21,500

Life is short. I plan enjoy my Bronco and drive it. Your hypothetical 10k for flipping it will soon be gone. Long term you would be better off with a second job or more education so you could secure a better paying job. THANKS! Now I sound like my father.....I really miss him.

Nope. Not really. First the 6th Gen Bronco will never be a collectible nor really worth anything. That said, look at a 1964.5 Mustang vs a 1965.

Buy it, put it in a garage, don't drive it, 50 years from now (Then, all vehicles available for sale will be autonomous electric, etc...) It will be worth a million dollars, regardless of model year. The Smithsonian will buy it for an exhibit titled "Ancient Modes of Transportation."
Hay, you stole my plan! Lol.

It's a mass produced vehicle, there won't be much of a collectors market for them. First Edition might have some, but imo is not really different enough from other models to command any significant extra value. They're essentially the same vehicle with different stickers but all the same mechanical stuff. Nothing that really makes it unique or special

Won’t be collectible. ICE vehicles will be forcefully destroyed in a couple decades. I plan on abusing the hell out of my FE and putting it to pasture when the turbos blow at under 100k miles

don’t get me wrong, my Tesla will be in a landfill at that point as well because technology will have iterated annually like iPhones and no one will want to drive it
