I got around 175,000 on my first Toyota T100 clutch. I didn't expect it would go that far.40,000 miles on a clutch, lol.
My XJ had 150,000 on the original clutch before my kid blew the engine after a hose went out.
That clutch beared the brunt of their acceleration tests and a bunch of different drivers, probably some of them not as kind on it as others. A clutch should last longer but these long term vehicles are treated like rental cars so it's hard to say what led to it requiring early replacement.40,000 miles on a clutch, lol.

Forget the Blazer. what they did to the Wagoneer is just a total miss!!!!! Even my wife is like, they screwed that one up big time.“Ford did it right and resisted slapping the venerated nameplate on some characterless, blob-shaped crossover.”
No subtle dig at the Blazer!
Yep, had ~110,000 miles on our Bronco II when the clutch went south. The reason it "went south" is daughter was teaching her college girlfriends how to drive a stick. Kids, whatta ya gonna do. Rock on! ;-)40,000 miles on a clutch, lol.

I have vehicles with hundreds of thousands of miles on the original clutch. There’s no reason for a clutch to go out if driven properly. So what is the real life expectancy of the clutch?
