According to Bronco Nation:

The Capable bumper will be standard on Black Diamond and Badlands, replacing the current Heavy-Duty Modular default.

• Material: powder-coated steel
• Features: fog lights, recovery points

And that's it. So no removable endcaps and no mounting points.

That's dumb they changed it......... now we really got to wait in tell someone can get there hands on the bumper I don't even think bronco nation know what that bumper is.........

Still an option in 2022. Don't know what the price difference will look like.

Ford said they won't raise prices for 2021 order holders who are pushed to 2022. If that's true then they shouldn't charge additional money for the heavy duty modular steel bumper for Badlands and Black Diamond orders.

On the Badlands (reordering to a MY22) it's a $ 575 upgrade when you order but you get an offsetting voucher when you have to pay for your Bronco

Wait, let me do my pushups first lol ... my Bronco specialist spoke to the Regional FORD rep and that is the information he got. I have also gotten the same feedback on B6G when I asked about the upcharge for the HD MOD bumper.

Im in the same boat. I like the modular bumper more, and I opted for it with the understanding it will be price protected.

I can always get aftermarket fog lights that will look way more badass.
