Someone posted a pic of their early Bronco at the beach with a white top... but I can't find it.

As a contrast, Porsche unveiled the 911 GT3 Touring last week. The configurator was up the same day and worked flawlessly. My dealer knew how many allocations they had, I paid them some money, put in my order with no restrictions/constraints and now I will wait approximately 120 days for my 500bhp naturally aspirated masterpiece to arrive all the way from Germany. It will be on time and as ordered. And Ford can't build plastic lids for a Bronco.

Porshe is making maybe 300k vehicles a year

Thats a slightly bigger ship to steer, not to mention the Bronco was completely new

is the GT3 a completely new platform?

Don't get me wrong, the launch sucked, but this is hardly an apples to apples comparison

Someone came on here with a dealer having told them there may be a 2.7 mansquatch option. I don't believe that, but if it were announced that would cause me to re-evaluate.

I think that would cause many of us to re-evaluate. I'm all in on the manual Sasquatch. The 2.3L will be fine, but I'd buy the 2.7 in a heartbeat.

Yeah - at this point I am PC 10 for 2021. If they announced 2.7 Mansquatch, I would be PC 99 in a heartbeat.

I figure I'll roll the dice for August and September scheduling for MY 21. If I hit the lottery, great - though it may be a two year and trade in scenario. If not, back to PC 99 and wait for MY 22 announcements.

Wish we knew if the Everglades or Heritage camos we saw testing were manuals / 2.7s or not.
