They said they are looking for a 3rd place. Gotta wait for the final results. They said bone stock with a cage, 1,900 miles, there were no failures, got a small hole in the exhaust and a rock hit to a rear shock. Sounds like no flats with the Goodyears! Another driver commented that it was a rocky course this year.

This is really significant. It's an accomplishment just to finish! Half the vehicles in class didn't finish. Can't believe there isn't more interest. Not sure why the mods moved this out of the racing section?? They were competing with some seriously purpose built rigs.

Great job Team #725!

Well, I for one, love watching all the footage and follow Broncos in racing as much as possible. Hell, I watch the Ultra4 just to see the Broncos in action even if it is only for a total of a couple of minutes. 😁

Having said that, I will say Broncos and racing are not real big around here. I think most are not "into" the offroad side, just want to be in the "click". :cautious:

If I remember correct, they finished 3RD last year as well. With a Badlands, maybe, with 33's on it. Congrats on the great job getting podium 2 years running. Hope you make 3!!! No breaking and no flats is another plus. the way some talk around here you would think the inner tie rod was made of dust. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Anyhow Great job on making the finish and getting on the podium.

I'll probably enter my Buddy in Safari next year. Wife still thinks I'm crazy.

No one talking about the massive rear suspension squat? Looks dangerous.
Yeah, people with the towing package should not be installing leveling kits. I sure as hell won't.

Looks like 3rd place is a lock! 41st place overall.

This stock Bronco got 2nd place out of all the Broncos out there in every class! By a large margin too!

That's awesome
Thanks for posting about the race.

Now can you answer the question about the Bronco with the 5 inch lift in front?

I must have missed the question. But I probably won't have an answer anyway. Both the cars on my friends team got knocked out and they returned home, so I dont have a contact down there anymore.

If you get a chance to talk to them once they're settled back down, would like to see a picture of their dash and how they mounted their nav gear. Not sure if they use Lowrance, but that seems to be the main system for Baja.
