2023 Bronco colors preview (w/ Azure Gray Metallic) from Ford Dealer Connection color & trim site

I don't think it's been a good test so far. The Bronco needs a color pallet to match the fun vehicle it is, not the conservative color pallet from Lincoln.

I'm left in a quandary, It looks like my Bronco order will be pushed to '23, my '21 is AMB and I was going to go with CO for '22, looks like I might be back to AMB.

This is why I've given up on Ford, well half the reason. Reason 1, i had a lemon 2021 F150 and my Bronco has a unsolvable airbag light issue. Reason 2 is that everything Ford is putting out looks great, the exterior design and interior designs are fantastic, as long as you look at black and white photos. When you start to get into color selections of interior and exteriors, Ford sits and laughs at you. OH you want a badlands? Here is a crappy dash. You want a good dash? Should have gotten the raptor. Oh but that is limited in productions, sorry, no good color choices for you.

Ford isn't building for the masses. They are building "Special cars" that are unobtainable and then mass producing lesser quality cars as an attempt to upsell, but then they can't keep up with production on any of it.

It's just so stupid. Once i broke my brand loyalty and took a look at what is going on at other brands, I'm not going to be buying a Ford again for some time.

I agree! I ended up with race red but a real orange would have been a easy pick.

They have several great ones over the years. My favorite is Competition Orange. It was a 2015-2016 Mustang color.

Have you seen Twister orange on the 20-21 Mustangs in person? I had a 21 GT in Twister Orange and it is the perfect classic car color as far as orange goes. Theres no metallic in it at all and a deep perfect color orange. One of my favorite colors Ford has ever done. I think this color by far is the most true to what an orange color is (Comp Orange is too red for me), has amazing gloss but no metallic, and would make the Bronco look amazing! This would be my pick for orange on a Bronco.

I think it was only a $395 dollar option on the Mustang, so it would have been even cheaper than the Cyber orange!

This! I would even do metallic this…just this! But it needs to be a standard color. Not some heritage edition color they throw on one trim and then jack up the price.

I think that twister orange is sexy, especially in the pic below.

but I just think competition orange/ calypso coral is just a bit sexier.

Either one would instantly be the best color offered in a bronco.

I am not an orange person, and I understand why orange people are not liking Cyber Orange so much.

I do think Ford is missing an opportunity with bright fun unique colors. Maybe they should experiment with two bright funs each model year, either on the half model year or alternating months or something.

yes the more you look at 1st Gen Broncos the more apparent it becomes that the Ford color choosers generally screwed the pooch. The thing that most people love about the Bronco is that the body style of the vehicle is modern but very true to the original at the same time. I know many (myself included) feel that the lack of square fenders wells was a miss, but the front nose of the vehicle and overall shape is awesome. The color pallete should have also been more true to the roots - meaning black, white, silver (which covers grey for most) followed by a red, orange, yellow, dark green, light green, brown, dark blue, light blue and a whacked out color (teal/turqoise, metallic burgundy, etc.) - do that every 1-2 years, forever.

If this is true, I'm extremely pissed. I originally ordered AMB, but got pushed to 2022. Now I find out they're bringing it back?!?!? Don't get me wrong, I love my EG Bronco and get many compliments. I just don't understand Ford's logic.

Same here AMB was a no brainer to me settled on Carb grey but this will really piss me off if true.

This is the color palette we needed on the bronco. Fun colors and more muted colors along with earth tones. Something here for everyone.

This color died an immediate death as the Ranger launch color in 2019 and had an abysmal take-rate.

If Antimatter blue isn't dark enough for you, but you can't own a black car, then Saber is a fantastic way to go!

Like the sound of that. Some manufactures have gone nuts with metallic recently. Throwing glitter into every color.

I notice sometimes the metallic paints will look super bright in direct light, but especially dull with color shifts in less light. Example some metallic reds turning to maroon in the shade. I'll take straight up colors instead.
