2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Build

Here is my complete build list. I think (I swear) I may actually be done with this. Feel free to ask my about anything. What I liked, what I didn’t, how install was (didn’t do suspension or bumper but did do everything else in my driveway basically). Full list below with photos

Was trying to calculate. Probably in the range of $30-35k but got good pricing on a lot and installed most on my own which helped a ton.

Around 43k, got another car to eat up work travel miles so I don't waste all this on non overland or off road trips.

0-offset, so they poke out a little over an inch than stock

First thing I did when I got mine was start a spreadsheet for everything.
Mods, pricing, purchase vs list price, install date.
Maintenance records, costs, part numbers, torque specs etc.

Absolutely insane build! Any problems with the tires rubbing on the fenders or any adjustments made there? You think they would fit with stock suspension? Trying to possibly do 37s on mine as well.

Yes, I had to cut the rearward crash bar "mount" (the crashbar is already gone on sasquatch). I bought the Max tire clearance kit to cleanly move the fender out of the way in the rear of the front wheel well cleanly (not 'necessary' but clean). I did not need to use the front portion of the tire clearance kit, so I paid a lot to use minimal. I thought I would also need it in the front but did not. Zero rub up there.
