Idle googling of "8 by 2 power shift" brings up a whole bunch on the 8 speed powershift from John Deere. Which explains the tractor I guess, but somebody who is smarter and better versed than me would be much more helpful.

Another international edition?IDK if this has anything to do with "Oates", but I was told Americans will be mad when they find out what "Oates" is.
I honestly dont know. I asked someone who should know, and was told "your in the US, don't worry about that one". Maybe hes fucking with me idk.Another international edition?
Hybrid?Since this thread is the main discussion/speculation on the Oates Edition, I'll just leave this here for someone to decipher. Now that the Heritage Edition has been revealed, Paul Wraith has now turned his focus on teasing the Oates Edition. If you don't know who Paul Wraith is, then you need to brush up on your Bronco history. In one of his teaser posts, he posts a sign that I'm not sure what to decipher from it. Maybe someone can figure out the puzzle. Anyway, without further ado...
At least one of the pictures he posted with the one above is in Essex in the UK. Ford has a diesel engine factory in Essex. I will not speculate on what any of this means, I'm just passing along two possibly unrelated facts.I honestly dont know. Diesel would increase the 2 door rangeAt least one of the pictures he posted with the one above is in Essex in the UK. Ford has a diesel engine factory in Essex. I will not speculate on what any of this means, I'm just passing along two possibly unrelated facts.
Same caveats as above re: me not knowing what I'm talking about apply here as well.
Man…. I would hopeDiesel with an 8 speed, 2 speed transfer case?
