2024 Wildtrak interior handle swap (from standard blue color) - pics

For anyone that is thinking of changing the blue trimmed grab handles on their 2024 WildTrak I thought I would post a few pics. From the first day I got my Eruption Green 2 door I couldn't stand the blue on the handles. When I saw the interior on a 2024 Outer banks I knew I needed to ordered a set. After changing the handles to the tan colored ones, I also noticed the trim on the top and bottom of the old handle is a dark grey that does not match any part of the interior trim.

Do you still have the original handles? I am looking to swap to change out my sandstone handles form my 2023 Wildtrack as i will also be changing the dashboard pieces to black along with he interior.

$373 in monopoly money but still $275 ish in freedom dollars is way more than I would spend to "correct" this. I enjoy my blue accents nice pop against the cyber orange.

I get it too...super pricey.

But your comment about time strikes me funny, as I am doing what I can to decouple my time from my income. If we tie our time to a direct hourly compensation, we limit our potential.

I am honestly not sure what you are trying to say, but $373 has to come from somewhere. And it could be spent or invested anywhere. Hopefully how ever many hours it cost you to make this, and how ever many weeks or months extra you have to work on the back side of your career because you didn't invest it, is worth it to you. Thats was all I am saying.

No. It wasn't an investment at all.

Not seeing the blue handles everyday was worth a lot more than $373 dollars to me. Besides the fact that I have a commercial fleet account at the local Ford dealer and the cost of the handles will be a company vehicle "maintenance" expense

They can be found online for cheaper. Got mine from eBay for $208.40 shipped from Fairway Ford in Canfield, OH.

Seems like this guy has a pair of grey's for $150.

Looks good, I understand the idea of separating the trim levels, but match to the paint would be so much better

Like any other modification, unless of necessity, to each his/her own. It’s your vehicle make it look like you want it or, capable to do what you want with it. Pretty sure Ford, like Jeep, specifically designed the modularity of the Bronco knowing buyers will want to make a variety of modifications to suit their own style and taste.

I wish I had blues ones instead of tan ones on my 24 OBX to match the stitching on my seats.
