Nice build! How do you like your pedal commander? I’m thinking about getting one. I have to make left turns on busy 4-lane roads all the time and I hate not having quick response off the line, forcing me to hang out in front of fast oncoming traffic. Can you describe the difference the commander makes for immediate acceleration?

Thanks, It provides noticeably better acceleration in the sport and sports plus mode. It gives you zero lag, push the pedal and go. I like it because you can easily turn it on or off depending on the situation. If you leave it on in the sport mode gas mileage drops fast.

I am very happy with them. The on road ride is similar to the stock Bilstein. Off road is where they shine. No binding or popping from the suspension when flexing on rocks. Since the coil overs pivot top and bottom. The added travel is a plus. This was the first time I used 4wp, but was the only company at the time who actually had coil overs in stock.

How bad is the "cold shake" w/the boggers? Did you use relocation brackets for your bumpers? Got any pics of body lift before bumpers were relocated? Interesting and nice build!

Thank you it has been fun.
The cold shake was bad this winter, now that is warm it goes away in the first mile. As you know Boggers are not good road tires, but I love them off road. I used the Broncbuster relocation brackets. They are ok, still not factory lines but a good starting point. You definitely need to raise them if not it looked weird . I have one picture from the install showing the back.

Thanx. My issue is I'm gonna have the winch mount installed when I lift the body, so relocating the front might not be doable. I'm only planning 2" of body lift, so relocating rear only will probably look fine. Do u remember the bolt size?

I would pull one off yours just to check I have herd some are different my are listed below.
2) 12mmx5.5”
6) 13mmx5.5”
Not doing the front will make it a lot easier. I had to relocate the inter cooler to realign with the front bumper. Also in the process of building a new front skid to fill in the 3” gap between bumper and stock skid.

Rubicon, first trip in April then another in June.
Thought maybe. Going through the fallen trees reminded me a lot of the Dusey.

Just power brake it a bit to build boost. You'll launch like a rocket.
