21 Offroad No customer support

I purchased a set of Mabbit style fog lights and 4 months later the white lights stopped functioning. The yellow still work but when I switch to white they all flash and then are all dark. I'm afraid I am out $200+ now. I have emailed, texted and called and no response. Nothing pisses me off more when a vendor ignores you. Think twice before doing business with them.
Maybe low price is not the best price in the end.

Looks like you left a negative review on their site. I’m willing to bet it’s a small 1 or 2 person operation. Like some other starts ups selling made in China parts. Maybe something happened to the person. How long have you been waiting on a reply. I would expect a reply within a few days. Even IAG takes a few days.
