My clutch feel changed at 348 miles. Drove it to work that morning and when I left it felt different. It could've been the break in point maybe but its felt the same ever since. I'm at about 8500 miles now. The only noise is when its hot and the pedal makes a creaking noise, others have had similar issue/sound. The dealer said everything is fine and it was normal.

That being said I still love it. I ordered the Steeda spring 2 weeks ago and its still show awaiting shipment so never know. The vague feel takes some getting used to but its extremely easy to drive. If the Steeda spring ever arrives maybe it will help with the feel. The throws are also tight, coming form the past ranger manuals where it felt like a foot between each gear.

Another side note is the tall stanley cups make it awkward to shift sometimes.( been eyeballing the B&M shifter though)
That's interesting about the feel changing, I've never noticed anything like that with mine. I did install the Steeda spring pretty early on and I highly recommend it. Much better feel.

I think I'm just hearing the fuel injectors when I first start it up. Doesn't sound like the transmission is noisy. I've grinded if a few times but usually from being lazy and not pushing the clutch to the floor. I've had some crunchy 1-2 shifts when shifting near redline, probably better to let it hit the limiter than trying to shift right before it if you're into that sort of thing. The tach on mine does turn red when you get close to redline. Maybe it doesn't have time to in 1st, it's been a while. I got a cupholder adapter to fit the yeti mug with the handle. I'd like to do the b&m short shifter someday but the install looks like it blows. I did the Steeda return spring very early on. Made the clutch feel more normal to me. It was harder to let it out smoothly with the stock spring. The stock spring kind fo makes it hard to slip the clutch, it might be good for teaching people how to drive a stick, they might not wear your clutch out as much.

49k miles on my ā€˜22 Badlands 7spd. Occasional scraping noise but still runs very well.

It was an odd feeling, almost like the first 30% of the pedal was really weak then it caught. the steeda spring still shows awaiting shipment so who knows when it will arrive.

This!!! ^^^^

I take my kids to school (yes in my two door), and they both have their Stanley's. Awkward. My Yeti Rambler doesn't fit in the cup holder, but it has a screw on lid so it doesn't spill.

I'm at about 1700 miles. No noise from transmission, all I get is the driveshaft coming off of the transfer case going forward that makes the annoying noise on warmer days after 20 miles or so.

I am very happy I chose the manual. I do wish there was a little bit more "feel" from the clutch pedal. With the quiet engine, exhaust and lack of a good tach, it can be easy to over rev from dead stop. Plus the start/stop is just obnoxious. Overall it makes the drive so engaging though.

What is the driveshaft coming off of the transfer case noise you are referring to? Thanks.

Hey guys/gals - I'm thinking of trading in my non SAS Bronco Auto for a SAS manual after reading pages and pages of MT issues I have no idea if these are worked out or still an issue. Looking for advice on if I should or should not get an MT, I would love a 3 peddle but don't want it if there are still the issues, thanks for any feedback!
2023 CG BB 2 dr MT..has been great, the 2-3 pull in it is greatā€¦

Agreed. Had another one apart last week, zero signs of damage or any issues. Just the typical scraping noise.
Donā€™t let the noise scare you out of enjoying the manual. Itā€™s not hurting anything if you can deal with the sound.
Have you had anyone come in with the issue that whenever they press in the clutch pedal between low gears like R-1, 1-2, 2-3 that there is a loud clunk/rattle somewhere in the drivetrain? I have had my clutch and my transmission replaced but my Bronco still does that so I have no idea what it is doing. I haven't had any actual issues because of it but it definitely is a little bit worrisome with how jarring it is sometimes. Doesn't sound normal.

Thanks.

No canā€™t say Iā€™ve ever had that issue come up before.
