I missed this thread first. But my order does not look like yours. It removed the FPR discount……I’ll try again later. Thanks for sharing
It's a bit of a wonky UI. Kind of like a two pass (not saying multipass to avoid annoying Corbin Dallas) effort. Enter in your points, click to apply. Now the Discount/Coupon field becomes "un-greyed" and enter in GIFT25 and click to apply. At this point the website *may* have wiped out the points and just be showing $$ again but the discount has been applied. NOW enter in the points again and "do the needful" as some of my colleagues might say.

Sorry if I came across as harsh before. 🙃

The Motley guys said they were going to release updated packs of tools so I was waiting for those. But I asked if there was any updates a month ago and didn't get a response (below).

So rather than waiting around for something that will probably never come I've decided to just start collecting the tools themselves. I don't have everything yet, but I did find some Torx Plus sockets. One of those arrived last week, and the other arrives sometime this week. Then I have some other miscellaneous stuff that I ordered yesterday that should arrive in the next week or two. I'll probably do a short video on how I "fixed" the kit sometime in the next month or so.

Anyway... for 25% off I think the kit is probably worth it. Shame that it doesn't have everything you need, but it is at least a good starting point.

Any update on these @Greg_L??

Hoping to "complete" the kit with a TP-25 and TP-45... largely because I may have left my full Torx master kit out in the rain and... well... they're a rusty mess now. 😣

Update on this: I ended up re-uploading the original video due to a licensing issue (didn't read the fine print... oops). But since I had to re-upload anyway I also corrected the error in my video.

And for those curious... it's been almost 4 months now since I originally unboxed the tool kit, and I use it almost weekly when working on the Bronco. Also used it this past weekend to work on my Deere lawn tractor, super handy. Obviously not a huge amount of time, but everything has held up so far. Still a bit bummed about the missing sizes, but overall very happy with it.

I keep looking for something I want to buy with my 126,000 points ... but I can't find anything that isn't (1) way overpriced compared to what I could get for cheaper (e.g. the Safari Bar ... I don't need OEM for such a thing), or (2) just not that interesting to me.

However, I've had my eye on the Ford Performance tune.

Does anyone have a sense for what I'd be paying out of pocket if I did the tune? I'm not clear on the pricing of that -- what's labor and what's the actual "item"?

I did the OEM 4-door skid plate kit last time they had this. $623 including the gas tank skid, about the same price as aftermarket companies want for just the gas tank skid, factoring in shipping. Not worth it for the 2-door.

You get a ProCal4, and a voucher code for the tune itself.

The ProCal4 is just a basic programming device. You can change the gear ratios, tire size, and of course you can use it to program the tune profile to the Bronco's powertrain control module. You can also use it to read diagnostic codes, but that's pretty much it. The tune itself is downloaded off of Ford's servers using the voucher code. In order to download the tune onto your ProCal4, you must first upload your factory configuration to Ford's servers using the ProCal software that runs on Windows machines.

Labor is not included when you buy the kit. You can install it yourself if you wish, but if you want to guarantee compatibility with your factory warranty it has to be installed by an ASE-certified technician. Most dealerships seem to be charging 1-2 hours of labor to do the install. The actual price varies widely depending on the labor rates in your area. My gut tells me the average is around the $250 mark, but it really does vary widely.

After a lot of nagging I lost enough weight to make my doctor (and my heart) happy so I no longer need a roof bag for my mid section. 😜
