2dr Bronco Rear Seat Delete Fits Maverick Bed Mat

I just got done installing the Goose Gear rear seat delete kit and I was fitting a Drymat Cargo Liner Mat when I had an idea. I have a Maverick truck that I has a bed mat, I think it's @Mabett's. Just for grins I put the bed mat in the back of the Bronco and I was surprised to see it darn near fits. With a little trimming along the sides behind the front seats it would probably be a 99% fit. So now I can tell people I have the same capacity as truck, well a 4.5' bed anyway

Uh, 4.5'! Don't cheat me out of .5' With the bed extender it's 6' which makes it really useful. I have a hybrid and my Bronco can only dream of the MPG. It's my around town vehicle, couldn't be happier with it, love both vehicles and they both serve different purposes.

Just to be clear this was just something I did on a whim to see if it would fit. It mostly fits but the space in front of the wheel wells and behind the front seats on the sides will come up short, won't completely cover, so maybe technically the Bronco has slight more space
I'm not using it though, I bought a Drymat Cargo Liner and this is what I'm actually using.

We have a Maverick also, 2nd one. Great little truck when you want something cooler than a typical SUV.

Stupid? They can haul 4x8 sheets of plywood and 10’ dimensional lumber with no issues, plus get 40mpg. Stupid?
