I'd rather keep my paid off Ranger than a Sport. I'll wait for the real deal

This could sway me towards a Sport.
To build one from the current Badlands, would need a lift kit, wheels and tires, steel bumpers, and better color options from the factory. Hoping Ford will come out with a more aggressive model than the Badlands Sport..... they could call it the Badass Sport.
(Thanks to the Sport forum for the pic)

I like the look of the “Badass Sport”!
I have a FE on order for my wife, I may have to lift it!

I did a B & P and it doesn't look bad. The thing for me it's too small. You also need to choose the highest trim to get the 2.0. I want something closer to the size of an Explorer.

Every poster who asks about fuel mileage would be happier with a Sport.

The following things obliterate fuel economy;

Convertibles
Lifted 4x4s
Doorless driving
Big, fat tires

The Bronco is all of these in one.

I definitely won't be switching over to a Sport from my Full-size Bronco. However, I may very well trade in my Patriot for a Badlands Sport in the future.

Not me, but it would be great for my daughter. However she needs a car now and can’t wait, so she may be in a Renegade by the end of the month! She would go for the Sport if she could get it now.

Def not switching from a 2-door Bronco to a Sport.

But... a few weeks ago I saw a Bronco Sport in black, with manufacturer plates, and it looked really nice. If I was shopping for a crossover - something that will never happen! - then the Bronco Sport would be high on my list.

Do the doors and roof come off the sport now? No? No, I’m not switching.

Absolutely not, I rather get a lower trim if it’s about money. If the Bronco Sport was out when I got in my 2019 Escape, I would’ve my went with the Sport. But both of them on sale and able to choose, no question I’m going with a two door Bronco.

Also the Sport built up is not cheap, so I don’t necessarily think people would cross shop the Sport and the Bronco.

I had one reserved as a tow vehicle behind my RV, but almighty Ford in its infinite wisdom made it un-towable..... at all, not even on a dolly.... Really??. It would have been the perfect adventure overlander for the thousands of RV'ers that now tow that heavy ass Jeep. I knew of a dozen people that were looking at it but turned to the JC Trailhawk because of this short coming.
