They ripped you the F off man. Go back to then and tell them you only wanted the Ford recommended 30k mile service. That is total BS and the reason I hate dealerships. Sorry man, but don’t feel bad. They try to do this to everyone.

@NeoS281 - you are not the only one my friend. Others here on B6G are very brave and wise and can change these fluids in thier sleep (that prob doesn't sound right). I however, am not that skilled and can barely find the correct side of my debit card. I used a large portion of my Ford Pass Rewards to cover these essential fluid services at 25K miles, otherwise, the price would have been crazy! Here are the fluids I changed out below...

None of this is essential.

Didn't say it was. But nonetheless, I elected to have it done. Ford Pass Rewards paid for it.
If anybody bothers to read the threads about how much metal is being found in the rear diffs on these vehicles with less than 10k miles, they'll think twice about going without diff fluid changes well before the factory recommended intervals. Same goes for the t-case and trans. Roll the dice sticking with the factory recommended intervals.

Yikes, that a lot of $$$.

As for the maint. schedule: since I do drive my Bronco hard occasionally, I will pull in the recommended service on the transmission/diffs from 150,000 miles to either 75 or 80,000. I know some people here did it real early for peace of mind, I'm not as concerned.

I just had the 30k service on my 22 Bronco OBX. It included oil change and filter, 5 tire rotation, new cabin and air filter, injection system flush and normal checks. Total cost $275.

They didn't even add the correct 7 quarts of oil or inspect your cabin pressure sensor. Do you have issues where your ears pop when driving in different altitudes?
Is it 30k or 50k where the coil packs are re-packed with dielectric grease?

Real Talk - never go back to this dealer. I thought frigi fresh was AC coil cleaner...nope...its a disinfectant sprayed on the cabin filter. WOW.

Just for pricing reference in a small town in southern Indiana. All Motorcraft parts and fluids.

Works package topping off all fluids, tire rotation, brake inspection, $70.67 with tax out the door. (6qt)
Air filter, abt $35.00, no labor to replace.
Pair of front wiper blades abt $40.00, no labor to replace.
Cabin filter, abt $26.00 a little bit of labor to replace.
This is how you gain a repeat customer.

That still seems high. Why the injection system flush? That isn't on the list of recommended maintenance.

Dropped my rig off for the 30K service. In hindsight, I should've contacted the dealer to understand what's included along with the costs. Curious if others are doing this service and incurring similar costs. For reference , I'm located in Bellevue, WA.

Price: $1266 + tax & fees

Have you already called this dealer to ask why they filled the engine with the wrong oil???
5w20 rather than the correct 5w30

And that process is specifically recommended AGAINST by Ford.

And frankly, if he'd use quality gas instead of the grocery store stuff, he wouldn't need it. Shell or Costco, pick your poison. Best additive packages in the industry--and Costco adds it AT THE STATION as the tanker is filling the underground tanks, to ensure that you get what they intend you to get.

Please review the attached from Ford. This should be a sticky "

I'd like to know the source of this document. It certainly is not a Ford document. Not dated, no Ford markings so I would be careful about calling it a Ford Position document. Anyone can type up something on a blank sheet of paper but that doesn't make it Official.
Plenty of bovine scatology in it too. High viscosity oil... ROFLMAO. MC oil was a xW-20 viscosity in less than 1K miles in my 2.7L.

I would not run MC oil or filters in my Bronco if they were free.

How many threads vs how many broncos made? It’s a waste of money unless you are abusing the crap out of the vehicle.
