Yea man, I'm not a math guy..just tell me if a 33 will fit with no issues on stock big bend wheel lol
Right this second with the measurments and the math, yes a 285/70x17 SHOULD fit. But someone needs to try it and make sure.

Last little tweaks. More accurate pivot position and some curvature to the tire. I am seeing 5/8” clearance to back bar. Plus another 1/8” pick up if you factor in height of back bar and curvature to wheel. This is for a 275/70/r18. 285/70/r17 has another 1/8” additional clearance compared to the 18s.

Ford Bronco 12/13 UPDATE - Updated control arms not just for Sasquatch 33s fitting OBX - 33.2x11.2 (275/70r18) close to max size after Ranger testing 6EE9623A-A129-43C2-8012-BE051A062FC9

Finding a 17 x 7.5" inch wheel with a 6x139.7 bolt pattern and a 55+ offset to accommodate a 285/70R17 would be nearly impossible. Just did a search and all i got were the steelies that come with the Black DIamond.

This is what I don't understand. That offset is virtually unheard of. I feel like something must be off or all of us are going to be hanging 2 or more inches of tire outside the fender.

Pro comp has quite a few wheels that will work for your needs.

Well on Tirerack the only non E load range tire available in this size is https://generaltire.com/tires/light-trucksuv/grabber-apt

Which is not great.
If you go with the Badlands tire size (285/70/17) you have tons of choice in C load range and I would recommend Wildpeak AT3W, Toyo A/T III or BF KO2.
Unfortunately with the OBX, if you go 285/65/18 to have the same size then same issue as with your size, not much choice available.

For me, I would like to fit 285/75/17 which is 33.8” and in this size the excellent Toyo AT III is available in C load range. But I don‘t know if 33.8” tires (11.2 wide will fit well)
What about these

Do we know what width the Badland wheels are? Because the zero offset wheels I am looking at are 8 1/2 inches wide so I assume that would actually make a difference.

8 inches. Offset is likely between 40-55
