Anyone running 35's with a non squatched 2.3? I'm planning on getting some installed on Monday, but want to make sure the 2.3 can handle them. I do have the 4.46 gears, so that should help a bit.

Shouldn't be an issue. My Jeep 2.0T with 3:45 gears can handle 35's without it feeling sluggish (you do lose 8th gear on the HWY though). I would expect the bronco would be the same or better.

You’ll be fine. Sas is offered with the 2.3, more than enough power. 4.46’s will be ok too. Post up shots once wheels are installed!

To follow up, your dealer or forscan can be used to adjust tire diameter for an accurate speedo recalibration. If you are running the 7MT, Sixth gear might lug the engine unless you are going 110km/h (70mph-ish) or faster. If you have the 10R60, nothing to worry about, it’ll do it’s own thing.

I do! Runs great, and I have a 2” Rough Country lift. Love it but only getting about 16.5 mpg…..but I didn’t get the Bronco to save on my gas bill. Let me know if you want more info!

You'll be fine. My wife and I have several videos on our YouTube channel of driving and wheeling with the 35's and 2.3L with 4.46 gears and it does everything just fine. Check those out if you're interested.

I'm about to get a big bend. 7MT.
Stock rims. What size 34 or 35" tires can you do with the OEM flares to not have any poke?
Also should I go with 1" or 2" lift kit?
