I have a 2" Zone Lift, JKS Big Tire Clearance Kit and 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss tires on my 2022 OBX Sasquatch. Yes the mileage is crap (I don't care, I work from home and don't commute much), but I have found the ride to be very comfortable, even at highway speeds. I did have to get hub centric rings put on because the FUEL wheels I upgraded too had larger bore size and I originally had a little bit of "shake" at highway speeds. I immediately bought the rings and put them on, shaking completely gone now, drives really smooth. Love the stance of my Bronco with the 37"s:

I test fitted the one BFG that I have this afternoon after finishing my spacer lift and was very pleased with the look. It did rub on my mudflap at full lock though so I’ll have to see if I can make an adjustment there.

I can't personally vouch for the KM3's, but I had KM2's on my JK and was in love with the tire. They were quiet for a mud terrain and got fantastic mileage by keeping them rotated. As far as 35" vs 37"... ??? It's going to be up to individual personal preference.

Just installed the KM3s today in 37x12.50
Look bad ass and cleared well with just a 1.5” level with the Bilstein 6100s.

def have more hum on the highway than the Nitto RG 35s I had before (those tires are stuffed in rear cargo in the pics)

wheels are KMC 17x8.5 +18 offset
Picked these as they offer just a slight poke outside Sasquatch flares.

good luck with decision!!

So I finally got a complete set of 4 mounted, balanced, and installed.

I did have to remove the plastic blocks from underneath the rearmost part of the front wheel well liners to get a little additional clearance so they they don’t rub on my mudflaps.

Initial impressions:
Looks: awesome!
Rides: fine so far. Maybe a touch harsher but that could also just be due to air pressure.
Noise: Louder than the stock Goodyears but not offensive to me
Fuel Economy: fingers crossed

Now waiting on my tailgate reinforcement to arrive so I can mount the spare.

That’s a good looking Bronco!

I’ve been running mine for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier with them.

Felt the same way as you about the ride at first; it was a little stiffer than I expected, especially with the King shocks. Reduced the air pressure from 35 to 32 and everything is perfect for me.

Noise is minimal for a big mud tire like this and not something I really notice when driving at highway speeds.

So far, mileage has been in the 15-17 mpg range with a mixture of city and highway driving. I’ve found that Sport Mode is your friend and does a good job of compensating for any issues caused by having 3.73’s with a 2.3L.

That red & gold combo is gorgeous!

I may have set my pressures too high to start with. Went with recommended 39psi as posted on the door decal. I’ll have to experiment.

Sadly no “Sport Mode” offered on my trim level for some unknown reason. I need to invest in forescan sooner or later.

Did you do anything to recalibrate Speedo & PCM etc. for tire size?

Thanks!

I started out at 35 PSI thinking that’d be close, but it was still a bit stiff so dropped to 32 and am happy so far.

I purchased a cable and a Forscan license and used that to recalibrate my speedo and add a couple of GOAT modes that weren’t included in my package. Also got rid of the double honk and enabled the amber DRL’s.

Got all the necessary info from this site and it was very easy to do. As far as I know, you should be able to do the same thing and add Sport mode to yours.

I’m trying to decide on a tire upgrade. I want an aggressive tread pattern.

I ordered a 37”x 12.50 BFG KM3 and a 35”x12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT to compare in person.

Wheels are Fifteen52 Analog HD 17”x8.5
2” level/ spacer lift going on this weekend.

Which would you choose and why?
