I don't have any great pictures that show it installed on mine. The manufacturer has a good video that shows it better than anything I can post. I do have a few pics though from mine, hopefully they help. The only thing they don't say is that the bottom rear push pins that secure the inner liner don't work after. There is just to much pull from the liner with the location of the new brackets. I used zip ties in these few locations and that worked perfectly to really pull the liner out of the way. Also, you'll need to punch a new hole in the liner for one location that doesn't have an existing hole. I'd still say it's 100% worth installing the kit. Lastly, they tell you to trim off a piece of rubber that has a Christmas tree clip that goes into the frame part you trim off. I found that instead of trimming, you can fold it and put it into another random hole in the frame. This makes it so you maintain a wheel well to engine seal in that spot. Good luck, it's a fun project. Give yourself time and have a buddy there to help with the bumper.

Trimmed the bottom of the rear wheel liner. That thing stuck out almost an inch beyond the metal it covers. I’ll trim that metal piece off tomorrow.

The only thing I don't like about this kit is having to cut the front piece off. I like the fact that allows a lot of clearance but worry about the strength of having the mount just bolted on to the side of the frame vs being a part of the frame. Probably worry too much but just something that worries me.

Did you think about the 4WP big tire kit?

You must’ve been that first edition in Camburg’s video. How do you like the ride of your foxes on the street? I was hoping it’d be more like the foxes on my raptor where you can’t even feel the potholes, but something tells me it’s valved more sporty/firm….

No, just got all my stuff from them.
I like the ride of the foxes on the Bronco on the street just fine, I might even dial up the high speed compression a bit …. but then I also never liked the stock feel of foxes on any of my Raptors so I put different front and rear spring’s on those to lift and firm it up.

Try clicking in the compression adjusters down a little. … although they probably came stock at only 3 clicks off softest.

The body mount could easily be welded/plated to the frame if you wish.

Did you have the current gen raptor and not like it? I've heard there were major changes on it and only had the current so can't compare the previous gens.

Whoever had them installed by Camburg, the resemblance is uncanny:ROFLMAO:

No I don’t have the newest gen Raptor,
And I haven’t driven one yet.

Haha , yea that looks like my truck, but we have our own shop with a 2 post car lift. My son and I do all of our work on our trucks.

Funny that they don’t show what a pain in the ass it is having to cut off the trailing arm bolt on the passenger side lol.

Cut out the metal piece that was behind the rear wheel fender liner. Problem solved with rubbing the liner.

great thread. I have 37x12.5r17 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT's on stock Sasquatch wheels and suspension. The only thing I have done is the Big Tire Clearance kit. I also have AdV Fiberglass quarters all the way around. The only rubbing I have is at full stuff and full lock the sidebiters on the tires hit the frame. I also had to pull back the fender liners and zip tie them so that they wouldn't get rubbed.

I thought I’d start this thread to share our suspension/tire/wheel combinations, and the issues and modifications you’ve done to resolve rubbing when fully locked and flexed out with 37s. Extra points for photos of the mods you did , as well as your flexed rig photos. If you have 37s with no rubbing issues or modifications by all means share that combo, but post your flexed photos.

I have a 4 dr FIrst Edition.
Suspension - Fox Coilovers, Camburg UCAs and trailing arms. (3” front lift / 1.5” rear)
Tires - 37x12.5x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers, which I believe measure wider than 12.5
Wheels - Method 0 offset

Rubbing issues on the forward crash bar mount, front end of factory rock slider, plastic at the back of the rear wheel well liner, plastic at the back of the front wheel well liner in reverse. I will post photos of mods as soon as complete.

You probably need to run a negative offset wheel to clear 37 inch tires. Max backspace for this setup to clear 35 in tires is 5 inches .

Actually the stock +30 SAS wheel for 315s has well over 5” of backspace. A 0 offset 9” wheel has 5” backspace. That being said a highly negative wheel might not rub as much on the crash bar mount … but that’s easily trimmed off. And I didn’t want a bunch of poke past the flare.
