Agreed. 53psi is Too much air pressure in the tires.

Factory pressure was 44psi when my Bronco was delivered.

I have 37s on my 4-Door Bronco and have lowered the Air Pressure. I ended up with 37 psi and its a much better ride now.

I have wanted to build a rack like this for a while as I have the same issue as everyone else when taking my top pieces off and my doors, Where do you you put them and how do you keep them from being in the way and getting beat up.

I had a rainy day off and got after it. Its all built with 1'x2" rectangle tubing, i put it on casters so i can roll it out of the way.
The general idea for design was in my head but had no idea how it would all fit and nest together but overall it works pretty well.
I have some foam strip ordered to pad all the areas of contact and cap ends for all the open pieces of metal to finish it off. The top portion needs a little modified for the main top to fit on but no major changes.

LOVE how your Bronco looks! How are the painted flares holding up?
Awesome storage cart too.

I'm in NWA as well and wanting to have my flares painted. Do you mind sharing who did this for you? Thanks!

Love the Bronco. Just got my RR WT 2DR. I need one of your racks. Did you have a 2DR in mind for one also? I’m West coast but let me know if you are making or selling that design. Great. Idea.

So where did you get the decal on the bottom? Looks like it would be easy to install.
