Here we go, all done with the cab mount chop. Amount of clearance is remarkable.
Nice! Throw on some 40s! Haha. That kit provides next level clearance!

Kindof cracks me up when folks say their 37s they just put on don't rub .... seems the context should be defined by "don't rub going to the mall" or what actually matters which is rubbing at full flex.

Obviously every combination of tire choice, wheel offset, and suspension will all effect where, not whether, your 37" tires will rub, without some modification IMO.

My First Edition (SAS) - I have 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers (true 37", probably slightly wider than 12.5) on 0 offset wheels, with Fox Coil-overs (3" front lift and 1.5" rear lift), Camburg Trailing arms and UCAs.. I will have to cut off the front crash bar mounts, also cut off the front ends of the ford rock sliders, and trim the rear plastic wheel well liner. Then I'll take it back out and do it over again ... hope this info maybe helps someone

Somebody finally said it. I had the exact same thought, no way people get no rub with no modification. I’ll be putting on basically the same set up as you whenever fox coilovers can actually get shipped so your info is helpful

Yea I don’t get it why people make the claim, it’s not like there’s a trophy or award haha. True 37s are going to rub period. You can fix it … I did, and I’m running a 37 Nitto that makes a BFG 37 look like a 35. If you run a BFG, which is a 36, with a high positive offset wheel you can avoid some of the rubbing issues but not all. Anyone that says 37s don’t rub without some modifications just isn’t going fast enough yet … Brap!!!

So I can actually, factually say that with my 37s, when aired down around 16-18psi, at full flex both front and rear, have the very slightest rub on the fenders but not anywhere else. The rubbing is so slight I can't even see any marks on the tires or fenders and I've checked a bunch of times after some moderate rock crawling etc. Now if I was at 32psi I'm sure there would be some marks left from full flex.

I’ve read a lot of posts about the lift needed to accommodate 37s without rub. It seems like there’s a lot of mixed information. Does anyone have input on this set up:

- Badlands with Sasquatch
- Maxlider lift (Adds 3” to front & 2” to back of Sasquatch package
- Wheels 17x9 -12MM Offset

The manufacturer says: “Although 37" x 12.50" will work at ride height, the tires will still contact the front body mount and possibly rear inner fender through wheel travel and steering lock to lock. If running this size tire and using the full suspension travel, these areas must be addressed.”

However, I’ve read some reviews that say there’s no rub at all with the 37s. So, it’s tough to know what’s right. If anyone has any input, that would be great! Thank you!
I have your same set up but zone lift. I have no rub at all. My tires measured 36.8".

Thank you for your response. I always appreciate input as I'm definitely open to better ideas and understanding the implications of all of the options.

My understanding (and I could be way wrong here) is that the Sasquatch package provides a +30MM offset. So, if I went with aftermarket wheels with a -12MM offset, wouldn't that make my total offset 42MM or 1.65"? Please let me know if I did something wrong here. I don't want to have more poke than that.

The lift instructions recommended "no more" than a 37x12.5r17 wheel with a -12MM offset, so I should be okay there. My main concern is just whether or not the 37s will rub. I won't be extreme off-roading often, but I like the look of the 37s. Maybe I am just splicing hairs too much here and need to just stick with some nice 35s.

I definitely agree that too much poke can cause problems. If my calculations are correct, I'm hoping 1.65" will not be too much of an issue on the wear and tear. I'll just be driving the Bronco on the weekend, so I would be surprised if I put more than 5,000 miles a year on it. So, hopefully, the extra wear and tear of the aftermarket set up will somewhat be compensated for due to the low mileage projections.

Let me know what you think. Thanks again.
When you lift the broncos it sucks the front wheels in a little.

I test fitted 39’s on my Everglades today with only Eibach coil overs. I’ll need to do the usual trim of the crash bars, rock sliders and plastic behind the liner but otherwise should be good to go. I’m adding a stiffer front spring and a 2” strut spacer so I can run the front coil overs at a lower setting. The Everglades have a lot more fender clearance than standard broncos. 37’s should be easy lol.

So it seems that even with sas package on a badlands…a lift and cutting of liners/parts is still needed to properly fit 37”s? That seems to be the general consensus? Was hoping it would be a bit easier. Might just stick with the 35”s for a while and think about doing a bigger project to properly fit 37s.

You’re not installing 37’s on any 6th gen Bronco without trimming something.. period. Anybody who says otherwise doesn’t turn sharp or do any articulating whatsoever. That said it’s relatively simple - 2” of lift or so, JKS max tire kit and 0 offset will get 99% of setups rub-free on a true 37.
