You mentioned Windrock at some point, we'll have to hit it up sometime. I'm about 45 min and have an annual pass. I don't have my Bronco yet but we can still go. I know most of the trails. Let me know next time y'all plan on going.

So the MudFlaps came in. (I ordered the XL Black on Black)

https://rokblokz.com/products/ford-bronco-2021-mud-flaps?ls=SKxP7FWzSLqbst5vCqv_4w

Video on how to install.

You will need to watch this video to see how I did mine for 37s or just more room. I didn't pull the fender liner all the way out just the ones for the back to get the 3 bolts out that out that hold that plastic fender piece. I also took the fender flares off. @7min+ shows taking the 3 bolts out.

I bought the (Max Tire Clearance kit) but after looking at what I was working with I decided not to use the kit on this project just think its not needed being the mudflap bracket holds it back.
https://jksmfg.com/collections/ford-bronco-2021

At a later date I will be installing the front part of the kit but I want to take it out like it is first and post back the results for people not willing to cut the crash bar. AKA with 1/4 spacers vs I won't need them anymore once I install kit.

This is a pic of results when I installed without removing the plastic piece behind the fender liner. 100% rubbed never even went down the road. To be clear I knew this wasn't going to work already.

Next, I did what I said above. Pulled the fender flare, pulled the fender liner to get to the large plastic piece, removed the 3 bolts and removed, next I reinstalled the fender liner and fender flare, Installed the mudflap with the bracket and all put together, now when installing the 2 big bolts I pushed the mudflap back as far as I could and tighten while holding it back. This way I would get max distance from the tire. Personally I like it, I think the rockslides help keep it looking better.

I most likely will keep the back ones off unless I am pulling my boat or something, But maybe not I dot really think they look that bad. (Also the rear are pushed all the way in. They can be pulled out about an 1in or so)

If you had 0 offset wheels on 37s do you think clearance would improve?

I did a write up in this thread showing stock, 1/4in spacer and 1in spacer. You can go back and read that and see pics. Thats all the info I have.

You keeping the same set up or is this in preparation for a level in your future?
Still stock setup, I just feel the bushing is cheap Insurance for out on the trail and also the $60 sleeve kit. Tie rods are all backorder right now so $60 is worth gold if it saves me from bending one.

I really don't see a lift in my future not even a leveling kit unless I have some rubbing when I hit the trails that I didn't see coming.

Yeah I'm definitely doing the sleeves.

Ahhh yes I see now. I'm torn. I ordered MGV in a Lux/Sas package. I feel dumb ordering cheap seats in a "pimped" out trim. I can still change. What deterred me from leather was some of the pics I saw of it not wearing well.

Thoughts? Suggestions? I love power seats and pre-sets. Always have leather seats, but if I'm gonna offroad this and it gets wet/muddy, the vinyl will be better. Ugh... torn. Sorry to steal your thread. I can start a new one.

I just received my Badlands, LUX interior but with Marine Grade Vinyl.....it looks amazing! Super soft, don't think of the vinyl on a boat seat :ROFLMAO: It's dark out right now, otherwise i would attach a couple of close ups. In all honesty it looks like the leather pics posted previouly w/ out the back seat pull down arm rest/cup holder. It's a lead/graphite color of black, gray hue and not solid in color. Perhaps you can zoom in on this pic in full sun

What 1/4” spacers did you go with? Are they all pretty much the same?

No some are better that others, You have junk like to buy at auto zone, Once I bought are ok, Best have a lip that keeps them better centered to help with balancing.

To be clear I have only tested this on the doors will be taking my doors off and using in about 3 weeks but haven't used yet.

I did take on add a bag on it and slide it up and see it fit well. 1/2-1in play

All 1in PVC
17-1ft PVC
17-10in insulation
10-tees PVC
14-90s PVC
8-4in PVC (This made the ends about 3/4in bigger than the middle) Just liked the idea of adding a little room on the end ones.
8-2 1/4in insulation
