MAN, very nice build! I have a non squatch badlands and will be trying out 37s this weekend.

I have a 1" inch RoughCountry Level and 0mm offset wheels. Will try some 37x12.50R17 Toyo Mt's on it.

You might have better luck with these from svc instead. I dont think u will have enough clearance with just a 1” level. I have a zone offroad level and the sasquatch pkg and i have almost full articulation at full turn lock And have full articulation wheels straight. That said the sas pkg is about 3/4 of and inch higher than a badlands. Check these out, very affordable and probably the same amount of effort to install. Good luck and show pics when you do your rig.

FYI I post links to save you time I get nothing from it. I do this for fun not money.

Little updates and info (As I have said before personally I just think this is good insurance. Warranty or not parts are hard to come by and once you break something your trip is over just worth it to me) Heading to Windrock June 8-9th so have to get this done before I go.

Going to hold off on adding the JKS Max tire clearance kit till I get back from Windrock in a few weeks want to post any rubbing from the trip before I upgrade. That way people will know if its a must or just a way to delete the 1/4in spacer I have now. (I do already have this kit at the house)
https://jksmfg.com/collections/ford-bronco-2021/products/ford-bronco-max-tire-clearance-kit

Next week I will be installing my Steering sleeve

Install video

At the same time I will install my JKS tie rod end sleeves.

Getting ready for my Windrock and Royal Blue trip. Hope to give my real world review soon and document any problems with rubbing with stock hight and 1/4in spacers..

Love your build and this thread! Just found it today. I have a similar build (4dr OW Bad Sas Lux) but I’m having the Zone 3” Lift installed next week along with 37” KO2s and 17” Icon Rebound Pros (0 offset). I already have the XL Rok Blokz installed and I’m really hoping that with the lift there’s no rub. However, if there is, you’re tip on the plastic behind the fender liner will be golden! Thanks for posting.

Little more info

Installed the Bronco Buster bushing and tie rod sleeve.

If I had to do it again I would have installed sleeves than the bushings. Just would help insure sleeves go on correctly.

I tried to do them at the same time and put sleeve on while tie rod was off and just made it harder to insure alignment.

Both were super simple and easy. First time Mecanic could do it if they had the right tools and the videos I posted.

Well headed to Windrock in the morning so will try and give a review and get a few pics.

May go have it checked after to see if it holds up.

Guess I messed up the alignment when I added the sleeves as I said I did it wrong and thought I did.

I hit right behind the driver tire. You can see from the mud flap right where it smashed between it and the bumper. Also see how unlevel the bumper is now.

I think this proves how stong the mud flaps are also.

That’s a little scary. Makes me think I’d better replace the factory bumper sooner than later. Looks like that could’ve gotten into the tailgate or quarter panel pretty easily. I don’t even want to know how mich a replacement tailgate costs.
